Executive Summary
The report has thrown light on analysing the overall strategic management analysis of
SingTel Company situated in Singapore. The external environmental investigation of the
company with the help of the PESTEL and Porter's Forces Model analysis has been
conducted that helped in managing the different aspects which will improve the overall
situation in which the company is operating in the present scenario. The strategic
recommendations are being provided wherein Porter's Generic Forces approach have been
considered which helped in understanding that the differentiation and cost leadership
approach can be adopted by the company to become more competitive.

1879 by Chua Sock Koong wherein the areas served by the company are Asia, Australia and
Africa. The revenue which has been earned by the company is $12.322 billion USD, and the
number of employees working at Singtel is 25000 till the year 2017. It is a public listed
organization, and the headquarter of the company is situated at 31 Exeter Rd, Singapore

The operating income of the organisation is USD 3.685 billion till the year 2017
which has been massive profitability of the organization appropriately. Additionally, the
company Singtel has more than 140 years of experience in operating, and they have played a
vital role in the development of the country as one of the primary communications hubs.

capitalization of the market. Moreover, the group has the broad type of network of the offices
