4.1 McKinsey 7s Framework Strategy The strategic objective of CSG is to provide utmost focus on product and services quality to satisfy the niche target market and at the same time the company aims to improve its profitability by operational brilliance. The company intends to shrink its printing operation as this specific industry is declining and expand its software, technology and customer service operation.The company uses its own marketing and operational model in order to gain sustainable competitive advantages. Besides this, its extensive geographical presence in various parts of the nation is also a sustainable competitive advantage for CSG. The firm is bringing some changes in its leadership style according to its strategic planning to achieve competitive advantages. Staff The company has a highly skilled expertise talent pool, which the firm has developed by efficient HRM strategies. The company has provided great emphasis on the recruitment and selection strategies along with efficient training and development programs to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the employees. Besides this, the company has to implement effective policies to retain the employees of the organization (CSG, 2019). The retention policy of the company is not effective and hence, the company has been experiencing high employee turnover from the past few years. Style The leadership and management style in the workplace is referred to as the organizational style. adopt the recently changed leadership. Otherwise, the gap between management and employees will remain exciting. Structure The structure intheMcKinsey 7s Framework is the organizational structure. It provides the required knowledge on how the organization has been structured and its reporting line. The undertaken firm CSG follows a hierarchical organizational structure. The bottom line staffs will be influenced by leadership changes. Owing to the hierarchical structure of the firm, the bottom linestaffwillfacedifficultiestocommunicatewiththetoplevelofmanagement.The hierarchicalstructuresupportsinpredefiningthejobrolesandmaintainingtheflowof information appropriately (Bloomberg, 2019). Hence, the value of the structure is appropriately used in CSG. Systems The day to day operational activities are habitually performed in a system. The job roles are usually fixed for every single internal stakeholder and are being performed on the basis of hierarchical orders. There is not any incident of failure found in the CSG’s working system, hence, it can be said that the firm has implemented an efficient system of doing its jobs. Skills The firm has diverse skills and expertise as CSG has recruited highly skilled and expert leaders. They are the former IBM executive that support in creating value for the firm(Witcher and Chau, 2010). Shared values The shared values are the super-ordinate goals which are being followed by the organization.
