Strategy
The strategic objective of CSG is to provide utmost focus on product and services quality to
satisfy the niche target market and at the same time the company aims to improve its profitability
by operational brilliance. The company intends to shrink its printing operation as this specific
industry is declining and expand its software, technology and customer service operation. The
company uses its own marketing and operational model in order to gain sustainable competitive
advantages. Besides this, its extensive geographical presence in various parts of the nation is also
a sustainable competitive advantage for CSG. The firm is bringing some changes in its
leadership style according to its strategic planning to achieve competitive advantages.
Staff
The company has a highly skilled expertise talent pool, which the firm has developed by efficient
HRM strategies. The company has provided great emphasis on the recruitment and selection
strategies along with efficient training and development programs to enhance the efficiency and
effectiveness of the employees. Besides this, the company has to implement effective policies to
retain the employees of the organization (CSG, 2019). The retention policy of the company is not
effective and hence, the company has been experiencing high employee turnover from the past
few years.
Style
The leadership and management style in the workplace is referred to as the organizational style.
Regarding the CSG case, the firm is expected to adopt leadership roles based on consensus to
