Italso based on accessing the attractiveness of an industry with the helps of various models andframeworks in which their major trends, competitors analysis and porter's five force to accessopportunities and threats to reach at desirable goals and objectives. Further it elaborates aboutthe internal strategic analysis with the help of various tools and technology that are Corecompetences, VRIN analysis and skills with capabilities of an organisation with value chain thatgives major insights about internal capabilities of it (Eden and Ackermann, 2013.).
