Question 1:
Answer-
(a) The main advantage of contemporary control system is- employees with in the organization
are free to work on their own. This will help the employees to use their creativity and free
thinking to perform various tasks without interruption of senior or supervisor level management.
This approach can also make employees to implement changes in organization on their own
responsibility and this is not possible with traditional approach..
(b) The traditional approach of management is based on old and custom techniques and
contemporary management technique is based on new technological and advances
methods(Naranjo-Gil, Sánchez-Expósito and Gómez-Ruiz, 2016). The main difference between
traditional and Contemporary management approach is the use of technology in management
approach. Modern technology is far more advanced then traditional approach.
Question 2:
Answer- The main purpose of to keep balance between three element of behaviour management
is to stay competitive in the continuously changing, complex and unpredictable surrounding
environment inside the organization. This provide advantage to organization to manage the
performance in different difficult situations. In modern organization employees on managerial
post are very young and they do not believe in traditional rules of management (Andrews and
Johnson, 2016). To motivate and encourage them it is important to keep balance between culture,
reward & incentive and various boundaries. This is how well balance in this three aspects can
help organization to motivate employees and get high efficient output from them.
Question 3
Answer- There are three types of organization that are known as public, private, and non-
profitable organization. The main relation between all these Organizations is their work approach
and their strategy that is used by them to full fill goals and targets. These organizations use
various methods to control peop0le with in organization (Bammens, Huenermund and Andries,
2017). For private organization meaning of behaviour control is to manage people in
organization to ensure good work place environment. In public organization meaning of
behaviour control is in terms of providing better services to user or customer with higher
efficiency and in voluntary organization meaning of behavioural control is to keep the actions of
company under law and for benefits of people who need help.
