first the lead batteries need to be gathered from the disposable points. Then those
batteries are break into parts. Then it included the separation of the different parts of the
batteries from the plastic it contains. Then during the proc3ess the thermoplastics is been
removed from the batteries. Then a liquid solution is used to extract metal from the
material. After this the batteries are recovered into the different parts and made ready to
use.

production department will help the other department in allocating the resources so that there is
no shortage of the supply of the resources. All the departments are interrelated and help each
other in order to be an effective. The marketing department will help in making aware about the
product or service to increase the sale of the company(Wu, Mackenzie and Sharma, 2020).
