Introduction/ Overview
This research report is an analysis of strategic change initiative undertaken by Ideal
Organization Management in UAE, Abu Dhabi. It is certain that changing or dynamic market
conditions, pressure of cost and innovation often lead to a complex as well as dynamic
business platform. It is also often identified that to remain competitive organizations should
live as well as manage the constant change. Businesses today find it difficult to continue with
the same existing process as market elements are not static, there are a set of dynamics, trends
and race of innovation which are altogether creating strategic pressure on businesses. Thus,
organizations are in the need of reinforcing their strategic initiatives to deal with the odds. It
is also certain that developing a change management strategy could provide direction and
purpose for all other change management activities.
According to Kash et al. (2014), change leaders must have to diagnose the scope of
change appropriately as well as develop a clear plan of action that requires appropriate tools
and resources to ensure effective and successful implementation. However, the change
initiative plan must have to strengthen the essential behaviour to create culture that certainly
delivers what the business strategy requires for success. Moreover, it is true that creating a
comprehensive change initiative plan is essential and it should consider all effects of change
may have on the business with the inclusion of its system, process and people (Bateh,
Castaneda and Farah 2013). Thus, considering the stated importance and process of strategic
change initiative, this research report analyses the same undertaken by Ideal Organization
Management in UAE. The discussion and analysis in the report is based on how the
organization has implemented its strategic change initiative to deal with dynamic market
condition and achieve organizational success.

Purpose/Scope
Major purpose of the report is to analyse the strategic change initiative implemented
by the organization. Discussion and analysis also cover the factors why a business requires a
strategic change initiative and the reasons that business faces and due to which it compels to
apply changes to the process. In order to shape discussion, contemporary marketing dynamics
and the types of strategic changes usually performed by businesses today have been
considered in the report. Moreover, the discussion also built upon effective strategic change
plan with the consideration to a few factors such as nature of change, change model,
organizational change governance, change in the operational areas, etc.
Methods
To perform discussion and analysis, secondary and primary data have been used such
as data from organization’ website, blogs, wide reading sources materials. On the other side,
specifically, interview data from organizational members have been used as the primary data
in the report. To conduct the analysis, collected data have been converted to meaningful
format and presented with graph and tables and further they have been compared with the
secondary information on strategic change management found in the contemporary change
management journal articles.
Results
Changing market conditions such as fluctuation of economy, demand of high quality
product and service have compelled the organization to apply a strategic change to the
existing process. Ideal Organization Management in Dubai was facing the challenge of
service innovation which means it sells the same existing products but the process of giving
the service against the product had to change. Organization has applied an operational change
which means it has raised the standard of its service category and extended the service by
