INTRODUCTION

direction and making decisions on assigning its assets to pursue this plan of action by

approaches when moving forward. This written report considers Shangri-La Hotel at The Shard
London for the completion of this document. It is a Hotel which was incorporated in 1983 and
one of the world’s most iconic buildings. At the only five star luxury hotel in London Bridge,
Shangri-La services feel friendly. This hospitality organisation have 202 rooms and suits all with
the spectacular city views, 3 signature dining venues and London’s highest hotel infinity pool.
This document will consider information about the strategic direction of the firm, porter’s five
force analysis and internal and external environmental factors. Further, it will consider
information about strategic options in term of hospitality sector which can be considered by it in
term of expansion. Moreover, it will explain about effective factors to execute to selected
