Increasing volatility and fierceness in the market makes competition very tough for the
organizations that are operating in it. To establish a prominent position in the market,
management builds efficient strategies by using effective tools according to the suitability as per
its product, services and resources available to it. Success and development of organization
depends upon effectiveness of strategic planning done by it. Strategic planning is a systematic
organizational management which includes different components such as strengthening its
operations, increasing efficiency and productivity of employees and efficient utilization of
resources. Present report is prepared to make an overall analysis of strategies formulated by
management and its effectiveness. For this purpose, national voluntary organization Brook is
taken into account. This organization provides free and confidential sexual health services to the
countrymen. With its headquarter in London, it has 17 centers across the country UK. Company
aims to develop new strategic plan to fulfill its targets. Report throws light on different tools
adopted by mentioned company to achieve targeted business results.
