INTRODUCTION
Strategic planning is a vital process in any organization to determine the vision, mission
for the future to identify the company's objectives and goals. It is a significant process to define
organization's strategy, direction and make effective decision-making for allocating the
resources. By this process organization will able to establish the sequence of achieving its goals.
Vista is a multinational organization and a great chemical trader in textile, personal care,
ceramic, cement, industrial cleaning's, household, agrochemicals, construction and lubricants
industries. This report will include the strategic planning procedure with the vision, mission and
strategic direction of the Vista in UK. The board of the Company wants to involve employee at
several levels in the company. This report will also highlight the company's strategic plans,
impacts of external factors and how expectation of stakeholder will influence the organization.

Vista has a major vision is to provide outstanding quality of products to the customers
and build an effective product with no unneeded harm. Its vision is to develop a better life for
many people within a specific period and offers its products in a very budget prices according to
the customer's lifestyle (Smith., 2017). Vista has also a major vision is to become a technical
competence and most innovative research hub.
Mission
Company has wishes to fulfil their goals and objectives according to its checklist. Vista
has a mission to offer branded products of excellent value and quality that enhance the lives of
consumers. To assist the people worldwide when they need the help and provide quick services
for their health care. The company also wants to develop a better environment and solve the
various global environmental issues. The company also wants to support, satisfy and serve
customers with its innovative and unique products. Be an innovative business leader by
achieving international standards and promoting innovation. Enhance their market image by
proving product satisfactions to the customers (Bryson., 2018).
Strategy and business plan
Strategy and business plan provide a main platform to the company for achieving their
objectives. Strategy also define the long term goals and areas of activity of a company and also

involves the distribution of resources essential for their achievement. Business plan and strategy
is a system of integrating, balanced decisions and logical. Vista takes necessary actions to
identifying the activity area of a company related to products and markets in which they are
operating. Vista should have to make their major concern on allocation and dislocation of
resources to complete the effectively production activities. Company should have to also analysis
its capabilities to stand against the competitors on the market so, Vista have tried to unique in
quality and way of delivery (Cassidy., 2016). Vista company must have to establish its profit
targets and development objectives. Company should consider the specialization of products and
ways of supply.
External factors
PESTEL analysis is a major tool to analysis the external factors of the company that can
impact operations and functions of an organization. PESTEL includes political factors, economic
factors, social factors, technological factors, environmental factors and legal factors. They can
affect the macro environment of company.
Political factors- Political factors plays a crucial role in identifying the various elements that can
affect the company's sustainability in the certain market and country. There are several political
factors that can impact the company's operations and performances such as political stability,
level of corruption, interference and bureaucracy in chemicals, risk of military inclusion,
protection of intellectual property, incentives and tax rates, pricing regulations, wage legislation,
industrial safety regulations and also anti-trust regulations related to chemicals (Wolf and Floyd.,
2017).
Economic factors- The various macro environment elements like savings rate, interest rate,
inflation rate and growth rate in the UK affect the organization's operations. Many economic
factors that can impact the Vista chemical industry such as different types of economic system in
different countries and its stability, financial market' s efficiency, infrastructure attribute in
chemical industry, government intervention in the industries and open market, education level,
unemployment rate and discretionary income.
Social factors- Different Social culture and class structure impact the culture of a company in an
environment (McLean., 2019). There are many social factors that impact the company's marketer
