Research methodology
The discussed research methodologies were used in collecting data on the e-procurement
software to be use in the health care centers for better service delivery. The methodology
includes establishing risk, formulation of the strategies and using Ahp to determine AI and RI
Establishing risk
Selecting e-procurement software. The software involves electronic data interchange ERP
system, web enabled EDI and World Wide Web which is essential in establishing related risk
with health care provision. The software is controlled by corresponding professionals to help in
establishment of the risk within the health center. The software will help in determining the
supply risk taking place in the premises through the collected data. The development of the e-
procurement the organization requires to have a large coordination of complex organizational
business process. The health care premises will require having an e-procurement optimized
system that will basically deal with the market of the healthcare. The mechanism developed by
EPOS helps most hospital in their marketing field especially in exchange of contractual
information. The software will support the premises in utilizing electronic commerce making it
easy for the health facility to identify potential source of risks which is reliable hence it facilitate
establishment of related risks. (Almalki, 2016, pg. 295).

officers and managers usually contribute in the decision making in the health services on how to
deal with the suppliers and the market hence provides information to the management. The
suppliers at least need to have knowledge on how various applications that is e-procurement
application which they should understand its benefits. The suppliers are engaged in collaborative
strategic sourcing which involves the purchasing department. The team deals with the potential
saving of the health facility so they need a reliable source to document their work. The suppliers’
team will be able to reduce and control risk the premises could face. (Chowdhury, 2015, pg.
1139).
Implementation and maintaining of computerized rules governing procurement. The
procurement services are developed under certain rules that will help the health facilities to
manage the risk associated with the e- procurement in terms of time and cost involved since all
