2.8 Issues
The issues that are faced while handling the project is increasing the budget of the
project, increasing the time of the project. There might also be risk of unavailability of raw
materials and risk about quality of the project (Wang 2017). There are many mitigation process
of risks issues that are faced by an organization. They first needs to identify the issues that are
included in the process and then find mitigation technique for the project. The issues regarding
staffs, supplier problems, and of lack of any resources that are in their company.
2.9 Issues and Risk Log
When there is risk in a project, all the risks should be recorded in a risk log so that the
stakeholders of the project can get an idea about the risk in the system at any time they want to
(Basu 2017). The risk log helps the organization to evaluate the risks and report the risks within
the project. The risks also helps to have a proper communication within the project.
