According to Fleming and Koppelman (2016), the development of theproject operations would be helpful for forming the effective development of the projectoperations for forming the effective and improved processing of the organization. The following assignment would help in analysing the Project Feasibility Study for theproject and it would result in forming the development of the project integration management.The feasibility study had been formed for integrating the role of the project in forming theeffective deployment of the project. The second part of the assignment would involve thedevelopment of the project schedule using tables and diagram in Ms-Project Software.1. Project Feasibility StudyThe project feasibility study is the analysis of the monetary values of the project anddevelopment of the effective costing analysis for the construction product (Larson and Gray2013). The feasibility study of the “Residential Duplex Development Project” would be donefor considering the development of the effective and smart processing of cost estimation.
