Introduction
The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) post-graduation course is an advanced
academic degree via which BSN nurses gain knowledge concerning the ways in which future
professional nurses can integrate their clinical knowledge with principles of leadership,
governance, evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making and healthcare administration at
the workplace (Fowler, Conner & Smith, 2018). The following paper will thus briefly expound
upon the key questions which I have reflected upon prior to my participation in the MSN
program.
Discussion
Reflection and Questions
I believe most of us who have applied to the MSN program are also occupied in full time
or part time jobs, either clinical or non-clinical in nature, which more often than not, leave little
room adequate time. This, coupled with household responsibilities further give the perception
that appropriate time management is definitely a daunting task. Thus, a key concern which I have
is regarding the ways in which I will balance and distribute my time across home, university and
work appropriately. It has however, been evidenced that preparation of a personal journal or
schedule will be useful in effective time management (Ekaterine & Natalia, 2017). Still, I would
like responses and suggestions to my question, ‘What are the strategies with which one can
prevent procrastination and encourage effective time management as well as simultaneous
harmony in personal life?’
Additionally, another a key difficulty which I face is prevention of grammatical errors in
my error. While it is known that proofreading can assist in prevention of such errors, there may
