1 STRATEGIES FOR MSN PROGRAM Identify and describe academic resourcesand benefitfrom the resources: To establish a nursing career, it is crucial to take part in the MSN program which provides an opportunity to develop special skills. Therefore, the MSN program comes with numerous professional, emotional and social benefits. In this context, in order to involve in the MSN program, three excellent strategies include journals, nursing research databases and Annual Conferences. In the MSN program, the nursing professionals requires a range of special skills for physical examination of the patients and interpret the diagnostic tests. Therefore, in order to gather evidence-based knowledge and apply it in the clinical field, the journal is useful. The journal can be used after each new diagnostic test and before introduction to the new treatment during practical and classes (Moore et al., 2016). It will further benefit me to gather possible knowledge which I can use it in future when I will encounter a similar situation. For obtaining the journal, nursing databases such as CINAHL and PubMed can be used since it will provide an opportunity to gather a range of journals based on the topic (George et al., 2019). On the other hand, an annual conference is useful in MSN program since it will introduce a range of researchers on the new topic which will benefit me to gather knowledge and skills for providing best possible care to the patient (Moore et al., 2016). Professional resources: Three most crucial resources that can be applied to the MSN program include national student nurses association, Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association and American nurses association. These organizations are beneficial as it will not only improve the clinical practice but it will also help to develop networks for the future prospect (George et al., 2019).It will
