This is a well known SME which is originally being established in Scotland in 1998. it
deals with all the international markets and the general hospitality industry and their working and
management. This company manages and provides the accommodation services for the
customers and uphold to manage the better services with manageable operational
activities(Duwe, 2022). This business is extended with the family-owned company and they
manage to make around £3m annually and are focusing on expanding it to £10m in coming
2025. It has gained so many awards and there is been seen that it provides the facilities of
comforting holiday accommodations for about 90 guest in a night and also provides the home
produced ice cream shops, Scottish bars, artisan coffee, popular village shop and many more.
There are mainly staff of 100 employees.

make them to gain more customers
without any issue. They have the better
brand image and through which it holds

manages the employees they always
focus on managing the expertise
training as it applies and maintain the
professional conducts and also make
their employees been aware about the
productivity and the methods through
which they can avoid wastage and can

Weaknesses
Increased Taxes- As the company and
their managers are facing the issue of
high taxation system in all the
operational working and managing the
work and this somehow affects the
profit margin and also the adjustment in
managing the payment of taxes.

Inn" majorly face the internal issues
and disputes which depicts and affects
the working of the company and also
affect the productivity.

Environmental management- as there
is been seen that management of all the
sustainability and the environmental
