INTRODUCTION
Strategy and brand management is refers to the tactic that help for support companies in
their efforts to gain or improve brand recognition so that it help to increase revenue in order to
meet long term business goals. Present report is based on reflection, reflection is something that
can be come up with naturally to most of us daily basis. It can depend on incidents, exchanges or
experiences that can bes wondering for what happened and what we might have done differently.
Reflection is based on practice and learning experience. Study focus on group presentation which
has done by 5 students. In order to present the reflection study focus on Kolb's learnings cycle,
Gibbs reflective cycle and price and Maier's model.
MAIN BODY
Kolb's reflection model
This model is experimental learning that is based on own experience in order to analyses
and evaluated systematically in different stages. Once this process has been undergone
completely the new experience will form at starting points for another cycle. This model is
important for reflection component in the learning cycle (Shah, Isah and Zulkernine, 2019). In
order to present the experience of group presentation it is necessary to focus on reflective
observation stage where it help to evaluate own experience. There are various stages by which
reflective practice can be discussed such as concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract
conceptualism and active experimentation.
Concrete experience- This is the first stage that I can explain new situations at university
in order to focus on participation for group presentation. For the group presentation I was new to
light this concept as well as it is necessary to engage in that kind of new experience which is
beneficial for the student. Then, whole class divide into 5-5 for group and topic is chosen by our
team only that is Netflix. Each of the team member is actively participated in the project in order
to get familiar with each other. Before introduction, we were discussed related to experience of
each one in which everyone was aware about Netflix and presentations in which I have also
shared my experience that how to collect the information in context to make better presentation
(Varadarajan, 2020). I was nervous before started the presentation but my teammates help me to
collect relevant content for ppt as well as they took help from professor and google that how to
make better content ins short manner which is effective too.

Reflective observation- This learning cycle cans be related to concrete experience which
can be followed by reflective observation as well as in order to engage with it effectively it helps
for learners should step back in order to reflect on task or activity. That is why this is important
stage which help me to learn cycle allow learner in order to ask questions and discuss the
experience with others. There are most of the individual who are looking for transform into real
time absorption of new information as wells as that kind of practice is related to situation where
it helps for accomplish as goal is successfully completed group presentation (Zhou, 2019). In this
process communication is one of the important process which help learner to identify between
understanding and experience. On the basis of my previous experience it is necessary understand
the previous experience that is of prior class.
Abstract conceptualism- This is the third stage which lead observation in order to
abstract conceptualization in which learner can get new idea for understanding current situation
as well as this is based on reflection that is arisen from previous stage. In this process the concept
is taken on the basis of introduction of Netflix. Then in order to understand the competitor
analysis it has been identified that there are competitors of Netflix are Amazon prime and
YouTube in which Netflix is at good level in order to get more than 213 million subscriber. On
of the team member collect the information through google and prepare ppt slide in order to learn
for this topic. Another member is responsible for explain slide in which he had prepared for
strong position and future growth potential that is necessary for king of streaming. In order to
draw conclusion it can be said that there are some principle which help for apply in future
situation (Morris, 2020).
Active experimentation- This is one of the last stage of cycle which involves active
experimentation in order to apply new ideas to world around them. This stage offer an
opportunity for learner in order to provide different concept as well as it is depended on
individual in order to associate all the content which help for completing group presentation
effectively. For all the team member it has been seen that it is necessary to focus on getting
chance of learning new concept ass well as Netflix is one of the common topics which help for
enhance knowledge in order to provide better decision making process for how to learn
effectively through innovations and new ideas.

In addition to this with the help of this model it help for completing the group project
effectively in order to focus on distribution of work according to the interests of the person as
well as it help for commencing work effectively in order to work on the basis of raw experience.
Gibbs reflective cycle
Gibbs reflective cycle developed by Graham Gibbs in the year 1988 in order to give
structure from experience as well as this framework help for examining experiences which help
for given in the cyclic nature lends itself for particular well to repeated experiences. This is also

Description (what happened?)
This is the first stage of model in which it is necessary to discuss on the basis of our
group presentation experience. For an assessed group project the selected topic was Netflix in
which there is deep research needed for presented effective work. I was leading team of five
team members that are randomly selected by me in my class (Harrop, Casey and Shelton, 2018).
I decided to explain the project to everyone so that they can talk about their experience as well as
I divide work in 5 members in different sections between us. We were expected that it is
necessary to give topic according to interest of each of one so that they can give their hundred
percent. However, I have seen that they are likely to collect all the related information and makes
it in concise manner so that it help for rewrite the content and effectively it set in presentation
slide.
Feelings (how did we feel about this experience?)
This is the second stage in which I can express my feeling for that moment I was quite
nervous because before this I have done individual presentation so that it is time to focus on
group. There were lots of work so that I can realize it is time to get happy for completing project
effectively (DunnGalvin, Shorten and Blum, 2019). I have smartly divided the work so that no
one feel partial towards the team or work. When we completed to collect all the important
content for presentation I was get frustrated that how can i differentiate the information
accordingly. I motivate my team in order to separate all the necessary content as well as they
have done accordingly to complete their slide which was provided to them. There were couple of
people who are not actively do their work as I feel guilty that is actually helped me in the

evening in order to get done faster. Looking back I am feeling satisfied in order to decide by put
the work.
Evaluation (what was positive/negative about the experience?)
In order to evaluate the situation I can say that each of have done good job in order to
successfully completed the work. Also, team has completed the project before deadline with
good quality of presentation as well as it can be said that it is necessary to have patience so that
team can cooperate in effective manner. Then, who were not completed their work motivated us
for work harder in evening. Then in order to contribute positively there are group's work ethics. I
have learn one thing that it is not possible that how things can work according to prediction
because it might possibles that plan have failed sometimes so it is important to to think for work
harder (Lehane, 2020).
Analysis (what sense can be made of the experience?)
I think the reason at the time of initial stage that during the first time it was better for
identifying the own strength in order to focus more on other aspect also. I have experienced in
working by focus more on discover new things which help for learning effectively as well as I
have working by myself for enjoy as well as it help for match strength in order to see natural
case. I have realized that it help for collecting information effectively so that at the end it help for
improving the work pattern. I have improved my knowledge in order to focus on literature so
that its help for understanding strength and weakness of each member. Then, it can be said that
group thinking help for dividing work accordingly which is one of the important task that I have
ever seen. This is opportunity of learning as well as it help for promoting effectively own
strength in orders to focus more on all the aspect.
Conclusion (what else could have also been done?)
By considering the group act it has been seen that each of the section help for
understandings in such a way for improve our knowledge. In to manage the team is had learned
leadership skill that is necessary for learned something which is help for follow the challenging
situation as well as it build the capacity of thinking in such as way where it is necessary for
ensure about work (Adeani, Febriani and Syafryadin, 2020). It has been also concluded that it

necessary for understand in better terms. I have improved my communication skill which is
important for all of us because I have provide better understanding of managing team effectively.
Action plan (what would you do differently in the future?)
From this activity it is help for build understanding in such a way so that it is improved
group thinking as well as it is necessary for enhance learning so that it help for in the future. I am
extremely helpful to act differently in order to focus on making sure about how to face that kind
of situation. Potentially I would like to suggest that this is first time I have learnt in that manner
as well as it is necessary for divide work accordingly (Soundiraraj and Babu, 2022). Lastly,
initial decision help for making informed for avoid challenging decision and other concern.
Price and Maier’s Model
There are three stages of this model which help for understanding the situation effectively
as well as it is help for replay, reframe and reassess the situation in order to focus more on
effectively learning.
Replay- In order to replay the situation it has been analysed that I would like to change
my habit that I have seen in the group presentation such as I get frustrated when team not want to
work effectively as wells as that is why it is I realize I should not have done that kind of things
so that it will not affect me in near future (Li, Liu and Deng, 2020). Then it is necessary to focus
more on other aspect which help for getting clarity of path that is important and better decision
of work. As well as it can be said that I will work on improve my nature towards my team
because it is necessary for do next time better.
Reframe- with the process of reframe the situation it has been analysed that it is
necessary for take an implication that can be positive as well as negative. In order to consider the
positive things I have realized that I have successfully guide team with the focus of completing
project effectively before deadline that help me to work effectively. In order to take the
objectives it has been analysed that there are different type of situation faced during the project
such as I have done work for another team member as well because they have denied to work. I
get frustrated but now I realized that it help me to work effectively. That kind of situation help
for getting motivated in order to face all type of situation as well as it is necessary for build
potential which help for improving effectively (Tawanwongsri and Phenwan, 2019).

Reassess- In reference to reassess the work it helps for work effectively as well as it is

CONCLUSION
It has been concluded that Netflix is one of the largest streamline company in order to
offer wide variety of content with the help of film, videos, Serial, television etc. There are large
competition in the world which impact on the competitive advantages. It has been analysed that
Netflix can promote the strategy in order to more on using cost leadership strategy. By following
the Gibbs model it has been discussed by the teams that for the aggressive marketing strategy it
is necessary to more focus on market penetration that help for growth. Also, for the personalized
customization for customer are help for build the strong values that help for combine on the basis
of cost leadership strategy that can help for gaining market share. Then we were performed well
in class as well ass it help for positively influence other in order to takes better decision for
making group and success at last. Lastly all the situation is only depend on the group
presentation which help for improving our knowledge and experience.
