equipment in order to have effective management of all information. It allows business and its employees
to access the information about students in proper manner. It also facilitate in effective designing of
management approach as per the consideration of information system.
Another example, the management of Glaxo Smithkilne is using various strategies in order to have
effective information management but company has not focused on some legal and ethical compliance.
The information system of Glaxo Smithkilne has some legal issues which can impact the business
opportunities. In this it is necessary to ensure that the information system and strategies must be selected

Before accessing the lecture or research I already had a information about the information management.
Information management system is a process in which organization have efforts to manage information or
data so that future opportunities can be enhanced. I also have information that it is necessary for business
organizations to make sure that its staff members have easy access to the information needed in order to
perform their roles as it can provide great support to accomplishment of organizational gaols. It is
necessary for every organization to have continuous improvement in information resources the risk of
information loss can be minimized in effective way. I also had knowledge that the management must
comply with legislative needs which relates with the personal information and data accessibility so that
effective of information management system can be enhanced.
Organization structure plays a key role in determination of need regarding information gathering so it is
also necessary for management to consider the policies and rules of business organization. I have also
acknowledged that structure of information system plays a key role in integrity constraints. Moreover, the
use of Information technological tools is also necessary to amend the effectiveness of information
management. In other words, it can be said that the information technology structure provides the various

has also improved my skills regarding identification of priorities so that effective plan can be created. It has
also provided me various ways or strategies to overcome the barriers by focusing on resource, culture and
fear base. It has also improved my other skills and made me understand about the need of adaptive
information architecture so that cost can be reduced. It has also provided me information about the critical
success factors such as leadership and commitment to the strategy.

In the support of additional thoughts it can be said that the practical information about the leadership skills
