INTRODUCTION
In business organization data handling is very serious matter which managers have to
maintain. If it is about the data management the system have more space but when it comes
about the media a single file can take space of 1000 files (Das, 2017). There are various format
available for the media that are used by the business people however, the main among them is
streaming media. Streaming media can be considered as the multimedia which is being received
by the end users during the process of its delivery to the provider. The end user can use the
media player for playing the specific file. It can be digital movies or a song as well. The live
streaming refers to the the content of the internet being delivered in real time. The real time is
considered as within a few nano seconds. The live internet streaming needs a source of media. It
can be either a audio device or the video camera. There are various challenges as well that are
being faced in the streaming of the audio or video outputs.
TASK 1
Difference between .wav and MP3 compressed format
Key difference: Wav file have different size and quality and also first entirely uncompressed file
of digital format. However, MP3 files having larger space are audio compressed and are about
1/10 of its original size (Holt and et. al., 2017). Here uncompressed means having exact format
as that of original file, having same quality but differ in the storage capacity.
Wav files are considered as uncompressed and are actually used in some specific formats
such as in the broadcasting of the CD files. It stands for Waveform Audio File Format. They
support music CD files which are of good quality. They are universal in format and comprise of
high spaces. As these files can easily moulded and edited and thus, changes by user should not
be saved in these files. Due to this reason it is more and another important reason it is highly
preferred, preferably for professionals they use it for its higher quality. These are termed as the
best choices for processing loops that are being done with the flash for various animations
around the web. These are considered in the animations option better than they can be associated
with some other form. Though it is not an popular format as it takes more time as transferring
file, then also due to its quality and simplicity it is preferred.
Mp3 is considered as a codec and stands for MPEG-1 Audio Layer III. It can be loaded
rapidly and have very good sound quality. When files are being saved in this format, these are
produced very small in size if being compared with the wav pattern. However, it has been patent

by digital audio. An algorithm which is especially made to lower the amount of data which is
required for recording audio while still sounding is like a firm recollection of the primary
uncompressed audio. However, there is disadvantage of using this format is that there can be
some quality issues regarding the sound of the music and all the audio output. The benefit of
using a MP3 format is that these are smaller in size as compared with the wav formats. Wav. is
that format that is being used for the uncompressed audio files and MP3 is considered for using
the files after compression. The sound quality is better in the wav formats as compared with the
mp3 formats (Kumar, Kumar, Divakar and Gokul,2017). Both the formats have their own
advantages and disadvantages. The music can be download from both .wav and MP3
format. .wav files are used to download files form Television, wireless, DVD or any other media
that need high level of uncompressed sound quality. For loops the these files are correct choice
in order to process it with flash for web animation. For web pages ,web videos,one can use MP3
files .The MP3 format can also be used to download anything from internet. With a very good
sound quality MP3 loads rapidly and plays. The 128 kbps is recommended for internet usage.

They are larger in size up to an average of 30 MB for normal file and standard can have up to
500mb. For portable devices this files cannot be completed (Yevmenkin, Newton and Fullagar,
2017).
The size of WAV file increases because it is having a header and its contents part. All
the information related to the size, time, frequency, occurrence, etc. of the file is stored in the
header. It should be recognised that the place where the actual data is found is also the header.
The format of the WAV is in the format of container, so the data can be stored in various
formats.(Yi and et. al., 2017). It should be noted that the Uncompressed PCM format is one of
the, it can also be stored in ADPCM, MP3 and other formats. In case if there is an audio codec of
the format is available then can be read and written. The data contained within the WAV file is
the major difference between compressed and uncompressed WAV files. Before playing it back,
uncompressed raw audio samples or compressed raw samples must be decompressed.

running in different sectors. It develops and promotes a set of interoperability plan for sharing
digital media in multimedia devices (Peng and Zhuang, 2016). In addition to this, the tool
comprises high protection ability by using cables, satellites and telecom service providers for
protection of the link on both ends i.e. sender and receiver. Also,there is a extra level of security
provided by the digital rights management. This can be abbreviated as DRM, it allows
consumers to share their content with the organisation without any danger of piracy. The chosen

There are basically three versions of this tool. Version 1.0 guidelines was published in
2005 and at present there are over 2000 certified devices. Secondly, expanded guidelines of

in DLNA 3-box model there are four steps of getting content. Firstly, Media Library Info is taken
out of which the content is selected. Later, URI and metadata is passed for the selected content in
the device. Further, the user gets content binary stream.

pictures, music and videos. 1-Bay NAS uses two-way push method for streaming of media. For

install and use. It can be set up in devices by simply downloading and installing PlayOn on
Windows PC followed by launching it. It's simple set up steps also plays major role for covering
maximum users.
CONCLUSION
From the present report, it can be concluded that media streaming plays a major role in
the digital operations involving any type of media. In this report, various issues that are faced in
streaming are analysed so that effective devices can be recommended. Further, the use of DLNA
in promoting and developing and promoting a set of interoperability plan for sharing digital
media in multimedia devices is explained. Moreover, different streaming media devices from
antithetic DLNA architecture is suggested for the organisation.
