Time is the priority stressor that I want to change. Individuals are seen to
experience time stress when they are seen to worry about time or that of
lack of time. They might be worried as they might have to perform a
great number of things within a particular time. At the same time, the
individual might fear that he may fail to achieve it and thereby might feel
trapped, hopeless or even unhappy.

This is a stressor for me. If I am able to overcome the stressor, I will
develop good time management skills that will allow me for
accomplishing more within a short period. I will be able to complete all
assigned commitment with quality. This will lead me to get free time and
I will then have the advantage of gaining new learning opportunities and
thereby focus on career growth in future

I will maintain a diary and plan my day with time schedules for each
activities of the day. I will try maintaining that from 20th July. I will
evaluate the outcome on 20th September. I will face issues at first in
abiding by the time but by concentration, motivational and self-
determination, I will be able to achieve the skill.
