The concept of a rehabilitation center is related to the concept of handling diverse clients who are
experiencing a variety of challenges as a result of stroke disorders. This paper contains the
fundamental facts required to describe and build a model for the establishment of a new clinic.
This is critical for the establishment of a new clinic specializing in stroke care and rehabilitation.
The overall goal of this initiative is to ensure that a new clinic is established in Dhaka,
Bangladesh. Because higher authorities need to improve these aspects in order to support short-,
medium-, and long-term goals. All of these goals, as well as their potential outcomes, are
explained based on clinic operations and activities. Further SWOT analysis is carried out, and a
thorough examination is taken into account before accepting the knowledge. Change
management, leadership, and teamwork are also linked to several other important details. All of
these characteristics are linked to important data in order to determine the notion of a
manageable rehabilitation center. Some variables are taken into account while opening a new
clinic, such as the necessity for complete and overall information regarding the planning and
creation of clinic reports. This study is based on the concept of managing rehabilitation
parameters that are relevant to a large number of patients suffering from stroke disorders. This
project includes the goal, target, and clinic overview, all of which are important aspects.

Introduction
To open a new specialized clinic in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in efforts to ensure the efficiency of
existence of stroke victims and then to lower the country's post-stroke mortality and morbidity.
Stroke rehabilitation centers provide a variety of programs to help patients gain the strength,
talents, and skills they need to alter their lives. As a result, stroke therapy is one of the most
significant forms of recovery for many patients and stroke survivors. Stroke rehabilitation clinics
provide their patients with intense physical and mental therapy, psychological counseling, and
physiotherapy in order to give them the strength and capacity or feeling of understanding they
require. Stroke physical therapy is the sectional phrase for them to set the goal of helping their
patient as to cure them with the effect of the stroke as it affects the brain that can be more
substantial that enables the stroke survivor to achieve their mission to set it possible and have
long-term results. Staff members at rehabilitation centers, such as doctors, nurses, and therapists,
assist patients in performing tasks in a more appropriate manner (Cohen and et.al., 2016). They
also assist patients with tasks such as toileting, bathing, clothing, and a long list of others. It is a
place where patients can recover their souls in a good environment by receiving individualized
procedural treatments to assist them improve their function efficiency. Stroke rehabilitation
centers provide enough grooming activities to improve their feeling of understanding,
adaptability, and coordination. Physical and mental therapy are two effective ways for patients to
lessen irregularities, which may be achieved by enhancing personal activities on a regular or
daily basis. Every year, nearly 14 million individuals worldwide suffer a stroke, making it the
second leading cause of mortality among adults aged 45 to 60.
Some of the primary objectives for finishing this project have been determined in terms of
establishing a new healthcare industry and developing a unique strategy. One of the most
important goals in establishing the healthcare sector is to give long-term assistance and guidance
to patients after they have been discharged. The hospital's major goal is to have some goals that
are geared toward patients. The clinic's second key goal is to give multi-professional training or
services to patients based on their needs and disabilities. For this, the owner will need to hire
people who can work as neurologist, general physician, family medical doctor, and a variety of
other positions. These objectives will assist me in completing my clinic goal. Furthermore, it aids
in the clinic's growth and success by providing appropriate services and training programs that

are relevant to stroke patients and assist them in making a quick recovery (Langhorne, Baylan
and Trialists, 2017). It is vital to work on the aim first and then apply on the daily operations
while creating objectives, whether they are small, medium, or long term. It encourages personnel
to stay engaged in clinic operations and strive to meet the goals set by the clinic's management
team. The creation of a new specialized clinic for stroke rehabilitation was chosen as the project
issue for this study. The major goal of a stroke rehabilitation clinic is to assist people in
relearning abilities that they may have missed due to a stroke. The new facility will offer stroke
therapy to Dhaka residents, assisting patients in extraction and increasing their quality of life.
Although Dhaka is a developing economy with numerous prospects for new stoke clinics, this
issue was chosen to complete the research. Various professionals with expertise in stroke or
panic disorders have been employed to provide good benefits to the community of Dhaka.
Project Objectives
 To provide basic support of safety and health by 20% in order to compliance with the
clinic.
 To increase the sufficient resources to increase the fund of 1WTE band within 2 months.
 To improve efficiency of daily activities by 30% for helping and supporting people of
Dhaka.
 To make new team that will help to improve health and wellbeing of patients and provide

A swot analysis is a quick and easy way to determine the healthcare industry's strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that must be addressed by companies or healthcare
industries while developing and implementing healthcare industry plans. A small, medium, or
even large healthcare industry can use SWOT analysis to determine their strengths and
opportunities that affect the healthcare industry, as well as threats and weaknesses that may
cause major problems while building a healthcare industry. It is an internal procedure that
evaluates the healthcare industry's internal variables. The pestle, on the other hand, is used to
create exterior tactics and is employed to manage the functioning of new clinic.

in determining whether curriculum and technique are the best fit (Chakraborty, and et.al, 2018).
The project's goal is to assess the project, keep track of expenses, and decrease risks in order to
improve the quality of the work. It comprises strategies for analyzing the healthcare environment
as well as a sequence of steps that will assist the organization in reaching its objectives (Meretoja
and et.al., 2017). I'd like to include the project analysis methodologies that are assisting in the
creation of a report. This method, which is a part of treatment, is highly beneficial in bringing
patients back to life who have suffered a stroke. According to studies, there are a large number of
stroke survivors who do not require extensive rehabilitation services. Instead, they require
individualized treatments such as speech therapy or physical therapy on a regular basis. The
following are some of the stroke rehabilitation approaches that give specific services to stroke
patients:
Treadmill training – one of the functions that would boost aerobic functions is treadmill training.
This workout completes the gait cycle practice and improves aerobic fitness.
• Virtual reality – through the use of computer therapies and video games, patients are able to
interact with the real world.
• Psychologists – this could aid in the development of a person's emotional and mental wellness.

• Speech-language pathologist – this person teaches people how to improve their communication
skills, which can help them swallow better.
• Occupational therapists – these types of therapies improve sensory and motor abilities while
also ensuring post-stroke safety.
Motor skill exercises because they improve a person's synchronization and muscular endurance.
Mobility training - Mobility program covers the use of a wheelchair, an ankle brace, a walk, and
canes. In this practice, a knee support could've been anchored, which might maintain health and
assist the person learn to walk.
• Motion therapy – There are some medications and activities that can help with neuropathic pain
and flexion recovery.
Constraint-induced therapy is a type of therapy in which a person's unaffected limb is restrained
while the affected limb practices moving. This therapy may be beneficial in improving functions.
This treatment is also called as forced – use therapy.

Drivers - Stroke is Bangladesh's biggest cause of death and disability. The Bangladeshi health
system does not yet provide rehabilitation treatments (Profile of stroke patients, 2017). Stroke
rehabilitation is provided by only a few non-governmental organizations. In the context of
Bangladesh, more improved services for stroke victims are required.
Stroke adds to a family's financial burden; in this study, participants reported an average monthly
income of Bangladesh 328 for rehabilitation services alone. Only 10% of people receiving
federal aid, most of which came from their employment, with the rest able to purchase on their
own.
Evaluation strategies –
Dhaka is one of Bangladesh's most rural areas, and according to a study, stroke rehabilitation
center patients face difficulties and complications related to their major health problems. The
clinic's chosen goal is linked to a number of long and short term goals that are more useful to
people's healthy lifestyles (Khasru, and et.al, 2017). The clinic is linked to many initiatives,
researcher plans, and any type of written inputs with the use of completed evaluation strategies.
There are two types of projects in which researchers are required to organize and participate in
the project team. While completing the process of skill and management implementation. With
the increasing nature of obstacles and capacities to improve in managing rehabilitation centers
for the company's evaluation. This is the project that will be utilized to create a challenging
implementation profile and clinic criteria in order to achieve big clinic success. In order to
prepare management and leadership styles, there is a requirement for efficient proficiency
(Katzan And et.al., 2018). This project can be used by businesses to work in more efficient ways.

The assessment has been used and controlled in an authentic manner since the introduction of
project management and its productivity tool. They can also be used and determined to work in
three major matrices that are used and managed for company growth in terms of spending,
meeting deadlines, and meeting scale objectives that are established and work according to the
needs of defined objectives (Mamin, and et.al., 2017). Furthermore, the number of factors
influencing performance and applicability is linked to employee performance, management team
performance, job efficiency, and project completion features. This project management will be
advantageous for project management in regard to the clinic's expansion. This clinic is based on
the concept of a management rehabilitation center, which is useful to the development of patients
who are in need of assistance.
Anticipated benefits of the plan
A person might suffer a stroke for a variety of reasons, including a blood clot or bleeding in the
brain. Because of changes in interaction, mobility, recall, vision, and balance, an individual's
independence may be jeopardized. People receive specialized therapy at this center.
Rehabilitation doctors, trained rehabilitation nurses, and specialized therapists are among the
professionals involved. The new facility will feature experienced doctors who can handle a
variety of stroke situations. Patients will benefit from the new clinic's exceptional services
(English, Hillier and Lynch, 2017). The motivation for constructing a stroke rehabilitation clinic
is to provide excellent service to the public. Strokes have an impact on how people conduct their
lives in the future. That is why it is critical to give the necessary facilities and services to assist
them in managing their everyday work lives. In Dhaka, the new clinic will offer a stroke
specialty program. This will be a one-of-a-kind, patient-centered rehabilitation program.
There are many functional levels that get complete interacting with the system that is tailored to
the individual needs of patient and families. This clinic offers a variety of parents programming
that will build and implement an individualised care plan to address psychological, cognitively,
and human contact issues while working toward realistic vocational, educational, and leisure
goals. Stroke sufferers will also have access to a patient medical provider. Physical medicine and
rehabilitative physicians, trained rehabilitative nurses, and mechanical, neuropsychiatric, and
voice language specialists are all available at this clinic. All patients will be given a balanced
diet. This will help people.

Support for caregivers and patients - A neuron support group is available for caregivers and
patients who have experienced a stroke or brain injury. All services will be available 24 hours a
day, seven days a week. This clinic will give free services and support to vulnerable individuals.
Nutrition class — A nutrition class will be offered as a service, with assistance from a licensed
dietitian. Individuals are given nutritional instruction in order to manage their level of all
nutrition within their bodies. People will be given a diet chart based on their body's needs during
this program (Hebert and et.al., 2016).
Information on impatient rehabilitation referrals - Acceptance is given to stroke referrals.
Conclusion
It may be determined from the foregoing study that opening a clinic in Dhaka, Bangladesh
is simple. It will help both the community and the organization in a number of ways. In
Bangladesh, there is a strong demand for stroke rehabilitation clinics. Dhaka is Bangladesh's
capital and one of the country's most populous cities, so building a clinic there will bring in more
customers. The rate of new problems in the city is very high, and there aren't enough stroke
rehabilitation facilities. The people of Dhaka require expert doctors and professionals who can
effectively solve their concerns. In efforts to satisfy consumers, a clinic should also be
established in Dhaka city with the deployment of appropriate stroke treatment machines. In order
to achieve a competitive boost from its operations, the clinic needs have high-quality imported
machines. It may also be inferred that in order to give the ideal atmosphere for the patients,
suitable infrastructures are used to construct the clinic. In Dhaka, Bangladesh, a stroke
rehabilitation facility should be established in the city's core to provide the best possible location
for patients. People who must go to distant nations for treatment would benefit from the
development of a center in the city, which is scheduled to open early.
Cost benefit analysis
Initial expenditures (e.g., equipment and software purchases, infrastructure setup and
upgrades, and staff time spent on initial system configuration and implementation) were
separated from operating costs (eg, annual licences and subscriptions, annual clinical personnel
training, and system updates). The hospital must pay annual license costs on a per-bed basis to

MedChart. The proportion of hospital-level starting expenses that happened in the
rehabilitation was allocated in terms of the number of beds and combined with clinic initial costs.
IT and other equipment had a service life ranging from two to seven years, depending on
replacement policies, while foundation and accrued personnel knowledge were projected to
survive the duration of the project. Using an annual 5% savings rate13 and the applicable useful
life, the total value of each cost component was calculated. Rather than hospital financial
reporting, this implies a social discount rate.
