INTRODUCTION
Asset management strategies is really the application of asset management strategies and
procedures in such an enterprise. It is also essential for all organisations that there is still a move
forward of the corporate organisation and many companies have adopted asset management
strategy (Aremu and et.al., 2018). This aids in resolving a variety of wealth management
problems. Gatwick Airlines, often recognized as London Gatwick, was its world's largest
terminal throughout the United Kingdom as well as the second most populous best airport. The
appropriate framework of the company is addressed in this article, as seems to be the asset
valuation analysis for calculating the program's present state.By describing various systemic
assessment approaches, such as health, welfare, and risk analysis. Aside from this one, these
have evaluated that potential state of degradation and the implementation of components which
involve sustainability framework. It has been decided that the proposed condition will be used
