This project focuses on choosing and implementing a strategic plan for Woolworths, one of Australia's largest retailers. It discusses the strengths and weaknesses of two strategic plans and provides guidance on effective communication, resource organization, performance management, and overall implementation. The chosen strategic plan is to enter the global market. The project also addresses how the plan is communicated, resources are organized, performance is managed, and problems are solved. The overall management of the business plan implementation is discussed as well.
