Executive Summary The strategic position is important as it acts as a significant roadmap to achieve the organizational goals and objectives. This paper evaluates the strategic analysis of a registered charity organization known as Ashiana Sheffield. Though it is an independent organization, it has collaborations with various other organizations. Based on the analysis that identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats with an in-depth environmental scan of the organizations, some recommendations have been suggested to enhance performance and meeting long-term goals.
