This benefits the body
PHYSICALLY
Swimming will help your muscles to relax also it will strength and cardiovascular fitness and
helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs.
INTELLECTUALLY
Swimming can benefit the brine by repair the damaged cells and Swimming alleviates anxiety
and depression.
EMOTIONALLY
Swimming dose raise mood, lower incidences of depression and anxiety and improve to sleep.
SOCIALLY
Swimming with family will make more fun and good sport to make friends.

This benefits the body
PHYSICALLY Running is important for our heart rate also will increase the flow of oxygen-
rich blood in the body.

This benefits the body
PHYSICALLY
Spinning will Improve your heart rate and your legs and glutes, especially when you
are climbing, but it is dose not last long enough or provide enough resistance to
build big muscles and more burn calories also will increase bone strength.
INTELLECTUALLY
Spinning increases, the learning capability of the person and make them emotionally strong.
EMOTIONALLY
Will make you feel happy also will increase your self-steam. Many studies have shown that
spinning reduces the symptoms of depression and anxiety hence, make person emotionally
strong.
SOCIALLY
As spinning help to make person strong both mentally and physically, person with good health
can get involved in making new friends and stay active socially.
