INTRODUCTIONIt is necessary for students to have proper engagement with the education so that theirprofessional and interpersonal skills can be improved in optimistic manner. In addition to this,the student engagement is referred as situation where student have psychological investment inlearning (Jacoby, 2009). Current report will focus on student's perception and understandingtowards education system so that goals and objectives can be attained in appropriate manner. Itwill also focus on evaluation of digital age and technology impact on the education and learningstyles. Furthermore, the key aspects of learning and teaching will also be consider for betterunderstanding of students and their observation. STUDENTS OBSERVATION AND EXPERIENCE As per the view of Stevenson (2010), every student have different perception andcapabilities that need to be consider by teachers during learning process. It has been identifiedthat the learners mostly have effective observation of teachers to understand the concepts inappropriate manner so that their skills can be improved. Observation is considered as mostessential section of learning process because it provides an ability to create better awareness(Stevenson, 2010). However, the classroom observation presents an opportunity to see real-lifeincidents and link them to the learning to optimise the knowledge. In reflections, many of teacherand friends mention observations essentialist so that learner can meet goals and objectives. Salt(2008) has said that with an effective observation the students can easily improve their skills andmeet the key standards. It also influences the way of learning and provide better abilities to meetobjectives. With an improved focus on the observation the students can easily take decisions inregard to the learning process for sustainable improvement (Salt, 2008). However, Classroom observation describes the practice of sitting in on another teacher’sclass to observe, learn and reflect. There are number of factors that need to be consider in classobservation for effective examination such as scheduling, participation, teaching strategies, etc.Wragg (2013) has contended that with an assistance of observation the number of learning issuescan be identified so that goals and objectives can be accomplished in appropriate manner.Moreover, the various innovative ways to overcome learning issues can also be determined by3

the learning process. Observation is considered as great method of being exposed and identifynew areas of learning. It also enhances the experience of the students and provide betteropportunities (Wragg, 2013). In addition to this, the learner can meet goals and objectives byensuring about different key aspects of education process. It has been identified by Harford(2008), there are number of benefits that students can attain by effective focus on observation. Italso information about new techniques, strategies, ideas and resources which can enhance thelevel of education. It also provides an insight among strategies and techniques that can boost theoverall knowledge (Harford, 2008). Colleagues and teachers reactions can be observedeffectively that renders a learning about different perspectives. It also provides an ability tocreation of professional learning styles that meet their interest. EDUCATION SYSTEM AND DIGITAL ERAAccording to Mladenovic (2008), education is considered as a process that provides anability to learn new aspects. It is also referred as combination of activities that provides anacquisition of knowledge, skills, values and beliefs. In addition to this, the teachers are morefocused towards various methods that can provide a support to education system. Classificationof key methods can be as storytelling, discussion, training and other. It is necessary of students tohave effective information about these concepts so that they can provide better support to theeducation system (Mladenovic, 2008). For example, the students does not have properinformation in regard to the training and its objectives. In this circumstance, the learner may facecritical issue which may influence overall working of learning process. Duffy (2008) hascontended that nowadays people are more attracted towards technological tools and digitalapplications in order to attain needs. It also provides a convenience to the user which isbeneficial for sustainable development. Classification of key technological tools can be ascomputer, mobile, etc (Duffy, 2008). In other aspect, it can be said that the digital era isconsidered as period in which human is focused towards use of various digital tools in order toaccomplish activity and share information. Kervin (2008) has said that the education institutions are more focused towards use oftechnological tools in order to boost the effectiveness of the system. It has been identified thatthe digital tool's adaptation is beneficial for information sharing so that goals and objectives can4
