The dreams should be big so that the goals that areto be achieved could be bigger. The aspect of foresight is also a moral one. It is closelyrelated to the idea of foreseeing the outcome of the action and analyzes the same. It is themoral responsibility of the leader to foresee the outcome of any situation to avoid the adversecondition that can come in the future. Apart from this the aspects like stewardship,commitment towards the growth and the building of a stronger community adds up to themoral quality of a leader[ CITATION Spe10 \l 1033 ]. With the application of the ten aspects of servant leadership it is possible for Druckerto ease the transition of the workplace. There is pressure of work everywhere, but there areeffective ways of avoiding it. The employees can be made to indulge in some sports, to makethem indulge in some kind of contest, some relaxation games should be offered to theemployees, some attractive incentives should be offered to motivate the employees toincrease their production and make them do the work gladly and not just out ofpressure[ CITATION Tho15 \l 1033 ]. Apart from this some excursions must be organizedwith the entire team and an annual party must be organized which can also include thearrangement of some cultural programs. These programs are related to the aspects that havebeen mentioned above. Through the application of the above programs the aspects related tothe servant leadership plan can be fulfilled. Through the adoption of the mentioned activitiesthe factors like the growth of the employees, the building of the community, the stewardship,the fact of foreseeing things, the conceptualization of the situations can be met[ CITATIONPar13 \l 1033 ].A good leader can accomplish the factors of self-assessment, response to the need ofthe team member, the knowledge about the organization.
