If change intechnology is brought inside BNZ, it can be disruptive in the beginning, but ultimately in the endthe change would be increasing productivity and service of the bank. It would even be affectingthe communication system inside the bank, making use of social media sites and the burgeoningcommunication technology for learning and reaching out to more customers.Growth opportunities: Change in BNZ is important for allowing their employees to get to knownew skills, exploring new prospective and exercising their creative streaks in different ways thatwould in the end bring success for the bank via increased commitment and new ideas. It isimportant that BNZ carries out a good job of evaluating their employee capabilities and thentaking steps for filling in the gaps that exist between existing skills and the required skills forresponding to growth. For that they need to prepare their employees for dealing with thesechanges, involving assessment of tools and training necessary for helping them learn new skills. b.Short Term Benefits:The short term benefits of the organizational change refer to the advantages of theorganization due to the change in the structure of the firm. The change in the organizationalstructure will resolve the present issues within the organization such as the communication. The
