SPSS software hasbeen used to run the analysis and the results are explained with the help of suitable tables, chartsand diagrams. It has been observed from the research that there is no difference in the levels ofblood cholesterol level and BMI on the farmers and the non-farmers. No impact of theseattributes has been found.

3FOUNDATIONS OF BUSINESS ANALYSIS1.0 Introduction1.1 Background of the StudyThe present day scenario and the problems and issues of different occupations issignificant. The problems of balancing day to day activities along with one’s health is a veryimportant as it might cause individuals to fall sick and lead to issues which might be as severe asheart risks and attacks. One of the significant reasons which cause this sort of an issue isbasically the high cholesterol levels in individuals (1). The cardiovascular diseases and heartrisks might cause severe problems and this might lead an individual to lose his life.Every person’s body needs cholesterol but too much of cholesterol can spell trouble forpeople. It is a soft, fat-like substance which helps with all the vital body functions such as thebuilding of new cells and making of hormones (2). The body gets cholesterol in two ways. 80%of it is made in the liver and the rest comes from the food which an individual consumes.Cholesterol is found in foods which are animal products like meat, cheese, poultry or fish. Foodswhich do not contain the animal products might also contain another harmful substance knownas trans fats which causes the body to make even more cholesterol. Foods that are rich in sugarare also associated with developing higher cholesterol levels in the blood. The cholesterol iscarried through the blood stream by attaching certain proteins (3). The combination is called alipoprotein. There are different reasons for the rising amount of cholesterol in the blood.Occupational reasons might also be one of them.1.2 Research issueThe aim of this research is to understand the relationship of the cholesterol levels inoccupational groups and the BMI and the impact it has on individuals.
