In this context, this reporthas aimed in discussing the key aspects of the management practices and outcomes of a selectedcompany, that is, ABB Group. The report has discussed the company background, description ofits key management practices that is responsible for its distinctive image and brief summary ofall the findings gathered from the overall research. The report has specifically focused on theindustrial robots manufacturing practices of the company. Research MethodsThe present research has incorporated the use of qualitative research methodology. Thereare varied qualitative sources used for gathering information about the management practices ofthe selected company.
