INTRODUCTIONCommunication has played a vital role for business to communicate various businessinformation to people who are working in the organisation as well as the people who areoutsiders but interested in various activity of the business (Campos, 2016). Through businesscommunication the organisation can maintain healthy relations with various stakeholders of theorganisation. To run the business for long time communication nutrition the relations of theorganisation (Baker and et.al., 2016). Business can use various ways to communicate businessinformation to stakeholders which is email, letter and memorandum. Business communication issharing of information between within and outside the organizations. It delivers various benefitsto the business such as taking favourable business decisions, making strategies, developingobjectives etc. There are various methods of following concepts that recently use by thecompanies to establish the communication with internal and external people such as email, faceto face, listening, telephone, virtual meetings etc. The present study is based on businesscommunication and to understand it’s important, some scenarios are taking into theconsideration. It has played an important role in the above report so as to inform the entireemployee through email and drafting of letter to refuse the request of credit.
