INTRODUCTION
Study skills are the skills by which students learn and develop their efficiency and
personal approach by learn the skills they need in their future professional life or even in the
education sector also. In academic skills learning students should have to learn about the critical
thinking, analytical, planning, communication, leadership, etc. by which they establish their
efficiency in the work field as well as in the education sector. This report includes the
information about the study skill by which students get help to understand and learn for their
betterment. The 10 skills which include in this report are bring the knowledge among the
students and prioritize their ability for the better work and higher knowledge they get from the
learning (Francis, and Babu, 2019).

 Precise: Academic writing should be clear and accurate enough to provide appropriate
thoughts about the requirements. The structure or the formation of the writing should be
that much accurate so that it will provide detailed as well as clear understanding about the
concept. It is highly important for everyone as it is like the portrait of the main passage
which illustrates the exact requirements of the task (Elmas and Aydın, 2017). It helps to
retain the message in its original format without even adding the subjective interpretation
of the overall content. It explains the core of the text and has a definite structure in order
to make everyone understand the work that needs to be accomplished by them.
 Structured: the work should be properly structured as it helps to give detailed evaluation
in segregated manner which helps the writer or even the reader to learn and understand
certain aspects in a way through which the person will able to conclude all the necessary
requirements related to the task. the writing part should be highly coherent in nature. It is
highly significant as it makes the ideas most clear and guides the reader comprehension
along with strengthen the arguments. some academic writing such as scientific reports are
having pre determined structure and they should be completed within that format only. It
also helps the reader to navigate the text and follow the arguments in most fruitful
manner. A logical flow of information is greatly appreciable and understandable by
everyone.

 Accuracy : this help the academic writing for using the right vocabulary and also keep
the proper words with some narrow specific meaning. While this could also help the
students for taking some of the right decision and also make sure for having the proper
estimated about how usually the accuracy skills must be important. Along with this also
help for identifying the correction of writing and also help for solving out some of the
word which make the confusion among the various terms. This also include their how the
correct learners use the language system and include their grammar, pronunciation and
vocabulary. As this also often the compared among the fluency while when the students
talk about the level of speaking and writing.
 Formal writing: formal writing in the academic are important and used for the
presentation, formal essay and thesis which will need in the academic writing. In formal
writing presentation starting should be from the introduction of the projects and main
body in which the precise description about the project after that conclusion of the project
(Dang, Coxhead, and Webb, 2017).
Personal experience learned that can improve own academic writing
While this help me for improving various skills and knowledge through which this could
help me for taking some better decision. I have also seems that this could also improve various
skills such as accuracy, leadership, communication, team working and time management. While
having such things to be improved this might be more helpful for me in taking some of the
proper solution and also make sure for having the right concepts (Bailey and Lee, 2020). This
might be also keep the knowledge and also make sure for some right improvement that could
help me within the better future growth. I have also come to know about how this skills and
learned many more things.
I have also taken some of the better practice which could help me for improving and also
make sure for having some of the estimated. While having such things this could help me for
improving such thing as verbal and written communication through which I can easily cable to
work. I have also improve the speaking concepts through which that help me for better future
option and also come to know about how usually this could help me (Yates and et.al., 2021).
While having such things I am thinking about that how the academic writing that needs to be
improving and make sure which keep more skills and experience in working at organization as

well. I have also understand about many concepts and try to ensure about for taking the right
decision making and make sure about for preparing the schedule according to work.
I have also come to know about the sort of capacity that assists the person with
performing better to determine every one of issues and difficulties that has been looked by them
while taking care of business in cooperative way or even independently. I have also seems that
how it been distinguished that difficulties will consistently emerges in each work and thus the
individual should can dissect issues in effective way or inside specific time span so that
dependable choices can be happens and defeated from differed issues (Farrell and Brunton,
2020). I was working in consolidated and communitarian way additionally sort of capacity and
required ability that is incredibly essential to bring about while working inside the expert work
place.

particular time frame so that sound decisions can be takes place and overcome from
varied problems.
 Teamwork: Working in combined and collaborative manner is also a kind of ability and
required skill that is greatly important to incur while working within the professional
work place. Most of the job role requires to work effectively and respectfully with each
other whether the co-workers or clients, irrespective of their behaviour and nature of

doing tasks. Employers always desire for someone who bring out best in others rather
than complaining all the time for the co-workers and create problems or issues to not
doing work with them in combined format.
 Initiative: This is the specific activity that helps an individual to perform in a way
through which one can able to grab high amount of confidence within themselves in order
to perform accurately within the workplace. This kind of skill is greatly required in each
and every field whether the candidate is in university or at work premises. One can show
initiative by taking activeness while proactively handling situations and finding specific
solutions to answers without any direction or support (Ruiz de Azua and et.al., 2020). this
kind of activity shows employers that the individual is taking personal interest and
accountability to resolve challenges along with developing leadership qualities.
 Analytical abilities: It includes the abilities or skills in order to resolve the challenges
that are related to the problems that are arises within the workplace. This involves
informed decisions on foremost primal basis according to which the work or issue
requires serious attention towards them. It includes actions that are related to assessment
over the crucial situations, asking of critical questions, consider possible solutions and

 Professionalism or work ethics: The professionalism is the highly required skill within

to behave, doing work with specified policies, rules and regulations, etc. It demonstrates

greatly able to show up the ability of the candidate in front of their managers or seniors.
the candidate can show the leadership quality by using interpersonal skills in order to
coach and develop others to do their tasks in most efficient manner. It is the primary
responsibility of the leader to provide directions and path to others to finish their tasks in
most fruitful manner. moreover, the individual can also utilise empathic skills in order to
organize, motivate, prioritize and delegate tasks among the candidates in most efficient
manner so that the tasks had been competed by skilled and knowledgeable people in most
easy manner.
 Detail oriented: Work over completion of tasks with particular thoroughness and
accuracy will help an individual to create their special image in front of everybody
working within the particular organization. It helps the candidate to complete their tasks
with minimum mistakes as the details are already collected by the individual so that the
task will be finished in most efficient manner (Fu and Wang, 2021). It gives an
understanding over the double checking the work done or completed by the candidate in
order to ensure there is no errors exists. Employers always like to see the high standards
of the candidates those are working for them for their betterment. the employers always
give preferences to the high quality of work performed by the employees within their
establishment.
 Digital technology: This is the most required skill as per current era. although employers
typically provide their employees effective training sessions over the job specification
software but advance knowledge always attract the employers up to next level. They
greatly expect from each and every candidate to become proficient with basic computer
skills and learn new technical tools and techniques quickly on a constant basis in order to
provide appropriate productivity for the betterment of the establishment.
 Adaptability: The candidate must be adaptable to each and every situation whenever
they arise. it is significant to employer that the candidate is able to shift their plans and
adapt new and innovative concerts at the workplace (Al Otaiba and et.al., 2019).
Mastering into these essential skills will help the individual to lead more job
opportunities and potentially get higher amount of salary.
