INTRODUCTION Study Skills also known as the academic skills are strategies which are considered to be the approaches that are applied towards the learning of the organization. It is also known as the array of skills which are taken by the learners for processing the information for dealing with assessments. This essay will be showing the understanding of how the people will learn and understand the different approaches of learning. In this essay the explanation of the capabilities of the brain and their relevance towards the academic study has been discussed. This essay also discusses the mind-mapping which is the aid to the storing and retrieving of the information. MAIN BODY Understanding and discussing ways of learning different approaches to learning Study skills are the skills which are needed for the students to learn the efficiency of the importance of the transferable skills. It is considered to be the skill of study which provides the learners to discipline and bring differences to the circumstances of the full and part-time students. It depends on the circumstances of the students which is considered to be important for education of life for engaging with the learners for being effective (Karagiannopoulou and et.al.,2020). There are different learning styles which the learners prefer during their study. Core learning styles which are discussed for the learning of the individual is Visual, auditory, reading & writing and kinesthetic. Visual learning style involves the learners which have the ability to retain the information which is presented to them in a graphical representation which may involve arrows, charts, diagrams, symbols and more. These type of learners are influenced from deign elements of the learning. Auditory is referral of the auditory learning which prefer the listening practices for the efficiency of their learning. It helps with the information about the presentation to the information vocally (Tuononen, Parpala and Lindblom-Ylänne, 2020). This learning style is considered to work efficiently in the group settings. Reading & writing learners are the ones which enjoy both reading and writing of information. It can be said as the way of learning which is preferred by the note takers. Kinesthetic form of learning is the one which prefers to do all sorts of physical activity which is considered to thrive on the ways in which it engages with the workers. My preferred style of learning is Visual as it is considered to be very impactful as human brains tends to remember what they see as a visual.
The personalized learning is the form of study skills which is explained as the educational approach which aims to customize the learning for each student's strength, needs, skills and interests. It can be said that the personalization of the learning to create a pathway of education which takes into account the specific strengths, interests and also needs to teach each student the ways of creating unique learning experiences. Cream strategy of learning is approach which includes the following,Creativity –In this the learner with the help of some confidence shows creativity in which they encourage themselves for own individual strategies and styles for the best form of work.Reflective– It is the stage in which the teachers guide their learners to reflect on their own performance for identifying the strengths areas of improvement and also consider the ways in which they visit their colleagues.Effective– It helps the learner to understand the needs of the state of mind, space, time and minerals, This is considered to be the effective way of saving time and effort into their learning (González and et.al., 2022).Active- This dimension is very important as in this the teacher is actively involved in the teaching and constantly looking towards the ways in which they are responsible for games, role plays and simulations.Motivation– It can be said that the success of the learners depends on their level of motivation which helps in pursuing the goals for reaching the success and working with the attitude that helps the tutors with every little detail. Motivation is very important part of the C.R.E.A.M learning strategy. Knowing how to do mean having the theoretical knowledge about the practices whereas actuallydoingthingsprovidesthepracticalexperiencestothelearningpractices.Time management is the way in which it is able to find the ways of doing things which helps in deciding the ways in which it is able to manage the stress (Piumatti and et.al., 2021). Managing time is very important for the learners for the development of learning experiences. It can be said that the stress is considered to be very effective in the development of ways in which it can influence the learning experiences (Du and et.al., 2019). Management of stress is important for the learners as they have to experience effective practices which bring growth to the operations. It can be said that the individuals are able to bring able to make the full use of the brain the learners still have the ways in which learners are able to bring effectiveness. It can be said that the uncertainty of the learning experiences is considered to be the factor which influences the poor management of the learning experiences. Emotional obstacles to effective learning includes the ways pressure, fear of failure and also lack of clear goals which is considered to be the factor that impacts the individuals negative performance in the learning. Physical blocks are the ones which is considered to be the factor which is considered to be the other activities such as the school buildings and heavy doors. It can be said that the inaccessibility of the wash-rooms is considered to be very important for the students. Bring assessed is considered to be the reduction of fear and feelings which is considered to be the intimidation of the ways in which the learners are able to reduce the damages it does to its learning motivation. Reduction of fear of failure includes motivational methods through which the teachers will allow bringing growth in the ways in which they will help in the development of the study skills. It has been said that the intimidation of the learning is said to be the way in which it is ab le to bring the learning (Bawaneh, 2019). The preparation of the study needs to include different practices which are related to the learning experiences of the students. It needs to have a time table which will help in the management of the time that is required for the development of the proper structure the study. It has been seen that due to the browsing, refreshing and defining goals of the motivation it is considered to be the way in which the learners will be able to develop operations in accordance to their academical objectives. Mentoring can be seen to be an effective way in which it can help the individuals in the development learning experiences. It can be said that the preparation of a plan which will focus on the ways in which the preview and review of the skills which need improvement for the learning experiences can help the learners to develop the learning practices. It can be said that the there are ways in which the learners will be able to improve their learning experiences. Through improving their efficiencies

Utilization of two to three keywords is considered to be the important factor which allows leaner in the management of the study skills to be effective. Mind-mapping has certain misconceptions which is considered to myths which are responsible for the study skills. It has the myth that the mind map is not as effective as the technical subjects which such as maths. It can be said that the concepts of the maps is a complex issue which is very similar in the consideration. There is also a conception that the mind maps do not appeal so logically effective towards the thinking. It can be said that the mind maps is a process which is able to recognize the key differences towards the ways in which it is able to bring the holistic to the thinking which is able to think seriously towards adding. It can be said that the mind-maps are considered to not be a so effective in the management of the logical thinking. The steps of the process which is considered to be effective in the creation of mind maps is said to be the management of the issues which it is able to address during the factors of efficiencies (Research in Brain Function and Learning,2020. I have been able to explain the different steps which is able to create the mind map which has factors of indecisions and consideration of the process which allows the learners to bring growth in their operational practices. It can be said that the management of the mind maps is directly or indirectly considered to be the factor which influences the growth of the learning issues. Creation of mind maps include the development of a central idea which is considered to bring the effective approach of learning which that is able to bring the base of the mind map concept. It can be said that through the addition of the branches in the map the management of the learning practices can be considered to be the key factor which influences the organization to bring efficiency in their management. Mind map is considered to be the way in which the learner is able to influence creativity in the organization is through the management of the first and foremost visual thinking as tool that is helpful for the stimulation of the ideas and process. It can be said that the factors which influences the brain is more visual which is the way in which it is able to bring the knowledge and understanding the learners. The effectiveness of the mind map is seen to bring associations to the ways in which it helps in capturing the ideas that bring assurance to the learning experiences. CONCLUSION From this essay it can be concluded that the learning experiences in the study skills is very important for the student to develop as they are the practices that influences both growth and effectiveness. For the understanding of the ways in which the people are able to learn in the educational environment the different approaches, styles and methods of learning to have been explained. In this project the capabilities of the brain of the learner has been efficiently explained while highlighting the factors which influences the growth of the academical study. In this essay a mind-map has been created which is considered to be the factor that influences the learner to understand the concept of study skills effectively.
