A desired outcome a system or person envision and create to achieve a personal desired last point in some area of assumed development is called goals. Many individuals endeavour to reach their goals within a finite time by setting deadlines. In other terms, any planning a person do for future regardless of what it is, that is goal. Goals setting does not mean to be boring, there are several advantages and benefits to always having a set of goals. Setting goals will help target new behaviour, helps to direct people focus and also support them to sustain that momentum in life (Stroebe and et.al., 2017). The procedure of goals setting is essential because it helps determine and unearth what's truly significance to a person, pursuing goals is real money maker because it helps to build self efficacy. Goal setting is important because it helps to focus on achieving dreams, without target or goal in mind people cannot be able to get success. By setting goals for themselves, students give themselves a target to shoot for. This sense of direction is what permits their mind to centre on target and more than waste strength shooting aimlessly, it also permits individual to hit their goal and reach their target. Setting goals is very important for anyone because it helps to measure progress, it makes people able to identify their success because they always have a fixed benchmark to compare with (Moss, 2018). Short term goals-
This is a desire students want to do in the future and which they want to accomplish soon. In context of university students, nothing is more essential for them than attaining high scores, it is one of the short term goal for students. It is usually smaller parts of long term goals that they sub divide into manageable and systematic parts. Instead of exacting appropriate straight away, collect series of past tests, review grades and set a goal to reach at higher score new time. Complete graduation requirements is another short term goals for university students which make them able to get better job opportunity. Before graduating from university, students set their long term goal that is to get higher score in class rather than the other students in every session for acquiring better placement opportunity in large organization. Along with this, getting into specific college after passing school year is also defined as long term goal that students wish to achieve. To get great quality certificate at the end of 4 to 5 years time depend on the university and course, is long termed goal identified for university students (Muenks and et.al., 2017). Methods students can use to improve how much they remember new information Remembering new information or data is very essential for students, for which they can use different types of methods that helps to improve how much they recollect something new in academic field. One of the most important elements of remembering is learning or practice which helps to connect and strengthen wiring in brain (Gordon, 2019). Organize and structure- New information is effectively organized in memory in related clusters, students can take benefits of this by organizing and structuring data they are studying and finding. Try grouping similar terms and concepts together, make an outline of current and new notes and text book reading to support team related concepts. Students always organize their new data and structure it properly, it allows them to get it when situation required in the future. They can remember new information about specific topic by keeping notes. Students write down essential things to remember tasks in further for multiple times and re-read notes day after writing them.
