by authorities or companies. The present is base on Equality in workplace and its importance in

importance in growth and success of any business or organizations. The focus of this report is to

Meaning of LR
Literature review is written in state of art with respect to topic or subject are writing
about. LR is discussed and published detail in specified subject area and give information in
particular topic area within definite time period. Literature review is a simple summary of
sources, but this usually combines both synthesis, summary and organizational pattern. It gives
new interpretation of older material or mix new with old interpretations. LR measure sources and
advise readers on most relevant and pertinent. It is very different from academic research report
on base of style. Literature review format shows readers that writer have an in depth grasp of
subject and that helps to understand where research fits into and adds to present structure of
agreed knowledge. LR is scholarly document which includes the present knowledge in
exclude substantive findings and methodological and theoretical contributions to specific topic.
Making LR is also a part of post graduate and graduate work of students, including in
preparation of dissertation, thesis and journal articles. It is common in prospectus and research
proposal in terms of documents that conducted by author. Integrative review, argumentative
review, theoretical and narrative reviews are the types of LR. If reader have limited time to
conduct investigation, literature reviews give them act or overview about topic. For scholars,
breadth and depth of LR emphasize credibility of author in her or his field.
Types of literature reviews-
Narrative LR critiques summarizes and literature body of literature, it draws conclusions
about subject or topic and identify inconsistencies or gaps in structure of knowledge.

support an argument, deeply embedded supposal and philosophy issues already presence in
literature.
Integrative LR reviews synthesizes and critiques secondary information about research
subject in an integrated way such that new perspectives and frameworks on topic.
Theoretical LR concentrate on pool of theories that accumulated in context to problem,
theory, concept and phenomena. This review play instrumental role in establishing what concept
is existing, what degree exist theories have been analyzed.
Purpose of LR-
It provides reader simple access to research on specific theme by choosing high quality
studies or articles which is relevant, important, meaningful, valid and summarize all the
information into one complete report.
The purpose of LR is to give foundation of knowledge on chosen topic, identifies area of
prior scholarship to secure duplication and provide credit to literature making case for why

investigation in new field by forcing them to compare and measure original research in particular

Equality in workplace and its importance
Equality in workplace is very important in any organizations or industry, it drives
business towards success and growth in marketplace. According to Anderson (2015), equality in

employees and take action or steps to ensure well being of all the members. Those people who

environment. They need to take care about their health and provide all the necessary equipment
to them that help to accomplish work effectively and make them comfortable. To resolve issues

between manager and workers which work effectively and solve issues. For handicapped person
organizations give fair opportunities to them for improving their living standards and grow in
career. They have to make some adjustments according to disabled person conditions and try to
make them feel comfortable and happy in firm. They must pay high attention on women instead

To grow business more and maximize productivity companies give compensation to every one
through measuring their effectiveness of work and working performance. The aim of all these

disabled. These will provide workers new rights of access to services, goods, training and
development opportunities.
Advantages and disadvantages of Equality in workplace
Thus, if organizations apply Equality Acts in workplaces they will garb the attention of
people and score high rank in CSR. It promotes prohibits and equal pay discrimination in process
of payment of compensation and benefits. Proper organize diversity and equality make possible

ways to leverage strengths of workers and improve their weaknesses.
On the other side if companies are not following process of equality it directly impact on
