relation skills- all these are a part of good communication skills (Clark, Jennings and
Carter, 2020). Developing this skill help them to facilitate interaction and make enable

 Time management skill- It is an activity of the organising and planning about how to
dived work between the specific activity. Good management of time have a positive
impact on their performance at their job in a variety. It ensure that an individual always
have enough time to prepare and also focus on their. By managing their time wisely, it
improve their work life balance and also increased their happiness. Good management of
time reduce the stress and allows an individual to accomplish their goals easier and faster.

alternative solutions, evaluate and select the best alternative and at last it implement and
follow up on the best solution. It is vital skill foe the student's career and their personal
life. An effective problem solving skill make enable the students to analyse the problem,
identify problem severity and assess the affect of an alternative solution. It helps them to
work efficiently ( Fanti, Guarascio, and Tubiana, M., 2021).
 Decision making skill - It is an internal part of the personal life as well as the professional
lives. the ability of to choose a best course of the action after examining and analysing the
available options and given circumstances. This skill help the students to take correct
decision by analysing the situation carefully. It promote their self- determination about
how to make the good decisions and choices. They can make better decision relate to their
career and professional life. The majority of the students fails in an effective decision

responsibility. Teamwork is most important skill that is required by the students at every
stage of their career. To work with a group helps them in producing more and more. They
must understand importance of unity to achieve their goal. In future their job will require

self confidence and also encourage them, form further participation in the group activities.

 Creative thinking- This skill refers to those techniques that are used to look at a issue
from different and a creative angles by using right tools to assess the issue and develop a
plan. In include such as the curiosity, imagination and the open mildness etc. it is very
essential for a students as it helps them to look at a situation or problems from a fresh
prospectives. Students require to be creative in their approach in each and every aspect and
help them to understand this world in a better way and they comes up with the answer

 Technological skill- In this, these are the sets of an abilities or knowledges that are used

qualities acquired by using and gaining the expertise to perform digital or physical tasks.
When a student get very comfortable with the technologies, specially the business- critical
technologies, then they become ,ore employable and also will have easier time finding work after
graduation. By gaining the technical skills training the students get confidence that they have this

Students have many group project and for this they have to build a team or group. A good
