INTRODUCTION
All individuals have a different take and way of learning information and knowledge so
there has to be a good exchange of information. It is very important to have the right knowledge
so that there is going to be a good skills and experience which can be gained in the future.
Everyone must know how to communicate therefore there are so many methods and measures
which can be used to make them learn and they will have the right knowledge which is going to
help them communicate. The report consists of VARK model which is used by people so that
they can learn and increase their knowledge so that they will be able to communicate.

1 Identify and evaluate the main features of VARK model
There are a lot of strategies and models which can be used by the company so that there
is a better functioning and self growth personally. The world is changing and it is very important
to have the right skill and knowledge in this world which comes from learning and there are a lot
of measures which can be taken for improving the knowledge and there are different takes all
individuals have so that there is going to be better stored information (Jääskelä, Nykänen and
Tynjälä, 2018). Visual and auditory are going to be the best effective methods which can be used
for learning and that are going to make the people have better experience. People do not prefer
reading much or physical learning is not much present which is why those two methods are

This is a very good method which can be used for teaching for the people who are blind
because they will not be able to read so they will be able to gather knowledge and skills by
listening which is a very good factor. There are a lot of ideas which are present in just
communicating with speech because there are a lot of times when writing and pictures will not
be able to justify the functioning and measures which have to be taken by the people. There are a
lot of people who are able to express themselves better when they speak so that there is going to
be a better functioning (Hedin and Kann, 2016). There are a lot of slangs and informal language
which is used in this which is good to make a good relationship between people so that they will
