Culture is provided the guide and direction for think and behave at organisation and for their professional life. It is important and effective part of the organisation and human life. By these humans are able to make effective and calculative changes in their life according to the requirements and needs. It includes the five elements that are related to culture such as values, rituals, symbolic, beliefs and thought process. That elements are help to support make effective and valuable changes for perfect human life and this impact to business environment by individual, power distance and uncertainty of avoidance. Hofstede culture dimensions theory This is the framework for cross culture communication which is describe effects to society culture values of its members. This refers the effective and original model for calculating result of factor analysis to examine the result of worldwide. In the article give some suggestion for this culture theory which is help to make effective and calculative result for the humans perfect future and development of the skills (Mandal, 2016). Suggestion is that individual and collective dimensions of culture is refers to oriented members of culture are in their behaviour. Individual culture is the collect the culture value of working towards achieve goals by group work. Individual peoples is had their style of work towards improve growth and culture of their behaviour. 1
Uncertainty of avoidance is refers to members are reacted at the time of work culture and effective working. This considers the when the society members are feel and faced problem with uncertain and unknown situations. But high scoring nations can avid when uncertain situations through control and rules but it is tended to risk taking. Every organisation have their personal rules and regulation in place to ensure that the employees are done not accepted the organisation culture (Minkov, 2018). Most of the country like Canada, believe to take risk and innovation because innovation is the key aspects of achieving successful outcomes with effective goodwill and study skills. It is important for improve and develop their skills by innovating and creating ways. This theory model influences the purchase and sales of clothes, smartphone or iPad in different country like japan, united stated and France. Organisation become a many type global environment and diversity of employees in dealing with customers in different countries. This conduct the organisation values and supported to management to develop a shared understanding for expected behaviour. Values and goals are selected by the leaders and manager to take care and make sure for about every one behaviour and understand organisation is stand effectively at marketplace. From which do agree and disagree and justify position. According tom above discussion I agree with theindividual and collectivismdimension because this help to make effective and innovative ideas for improve and develop study skills for higher education. It is effective part of the organisation by collecting date and suggestion for improvement. Individual peoples have high freedom to work and innovation for the company. In this having large amount of loyalty and respect for members for hard work. This emphasis is on developing skills and becoming a kind of master of something (Moore-Bembry, 2018). By this company make effective changes in their work culture by improving and developing skill. Other hand I disagree with theuncertainty avoidancebecause its not fix according to the resources available. This refers the degree that society members feel and faced with various problems of purchasing and selling of product with uncertain situations. This can influences the peoples working and most the time at shopping place because it has the low and high uncertainty avoidance of work. By these peoples get confused at the time of purchasing product like smartphone and iPad and also to clothes. Peoples are purchase this by getting and according needs and quality of product. 2
