ABSTRACT It is being very essential on the part of the individual to account to continuously learning of new skills and abilities to survive in highly competitive environment where it has briefed on strategies to improve upon the reading ability with various suggestion to improve upon the quality of writing the projects and assignments of the students. INTRODUCTION Continuous learning and development of new skills and talents lead with the individual to foster there career growth in positive and favourable manner and account with adapting to various challenging task and support various dynamics that they account to face. The report brief on various strategies that students can use to improve there reading ability and will provide suggestions that will help students to the quality of there written projects which helps to achieving there goals in life. MAIN BODY ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION Strategies to improve reading ability There are various strategies which can account to improve the reading ability of the students where by it accounts to adopt strategies where one can account with strategies such as Predictingcontentreading strategywhich could be completely new for the students which allows students to use information from titles, text, headings, picture and diagrams which will help in anticipating what further will happen when they start reading to a content. When making out prediction, students envision what will come next in text which is being based upon their prior knowledge. This strategy encourages students to think actively ahead and account to ask
questions. It helps in understanding the content better and to make the connection of what they are being reading and the interaction with the text information. Making prediction is a important strategy to improve the reading comprehensions where students are able to makeprediction based on the assumptions of what they have read, seen or heard before which helps, in making prediction (Ingram, 2020). Skimming reading strategyis next method to improve upon reading abilities as it helps in focusing on main text and ideas. Skimming is extracting the essence of authors mainmessages rather than accounting with finer points which helps in giving the crisp of what the author has stated in the text, blogs or the articles which accounts with saving lot of time on reading wide variety of things and accounting to highlight the big pictureor main idea which a student is reading where if student is going into the detail reading of the text, skimming reading ability provide with better comprehending what is being read as it helps in identifying the main parts of the text or project that are highly important for the students. It is an efficient manner for refreshing materials of large amount before the exams. Signposting language strategy-it relates with with the phrases and words that are being used in order to guide the listener coherently through what is being said. It makes clear understanding of what just happened and accounts to what is going to happen next (Akhmad, Shchukina, 2020). It simply act as guide to students which can be followed with what the author are being saying. These are words and phrases that helps in articulating structure of a piece of writing and ensures that readers don get lost where it account to flag the most important parts of arguments, signal transitions and helps in clarifying the stake of arguments. Signpost areparticularly points of notice in a text that stands out as a significant moment in the story whereby it provides with the valuable insight into andraisingquestion about various literary arguments such as conflict, theme and other which enhances reading skills of students. Reading for gist strategywhere the Gist is the overall meaning, the core and main idea of a spoken or a written discourse which when taking a quick look a text which is being written to establish its genre and where the main message its writer means is to get across where it suggest that we are reading for gist where the text can provide readers with lots of clues that helps readers to quickly establish what is being it all about where these need not be just isn't the words. The listening of feedbacks strategy can account with using of vocabulary in the manner which is being highly efficient and effective which helps students in writing there assignment with proper understanding and accounts with obtaining the good grades for the same (Yusuf, Jusoh, Yusuf, 2019). Italso accounts with the strategy ofcritical thinkingof writing the assignment which accounts to take into consideration where aspects of the topic which serves as the including all main the topic which are being related with the topic which accounts to reader understanding in effective manner of what the writer needs to make its readers understand which helps in boosting up with the knowledge of both reader and writer (Beneke, 2016). The strategy accounts with writing any things withclear structure and formatwhich helps in understanding of the project with clear steps as it should be the associated with the the topic which are being related with each other and helps in designing of the project in the manner which is being understandable to the reader and which does not account with any kind of problem in understanding (Saleh, 2019). The clear structure and format relates with writing in a manner whereby at the start of the project it should be briefing that what is being included in the project which provide with the brief understanding of what all topics are being included in the
project (Ingram, 2020). The clear structure and format also accounts with dividing of thewriting into various paragraphswhich helps in effective writing of the assignment and accounts with providing flow of texts where by it allow the reader that certain topic is being over and the writer is being moving to the next topic. Its importance is it helps inhighlighting to the main ideas being covered in the particular sections and what are the argument being presentedsupport or not to support the same (Kuimova, Zvekov, 2016) The strategy and suggestion which improve the quality of written projects of the students accounts with usingsufficient resources to write down and explains with the topic as from this students get to know and gets valuable insight about the topic and get to access more content for the same which helps in writing the assignment with more efficiency and productivity and leads down to have good impression the tutor that students has accounted with the extensive research to write down the project as result leads with higher chances to get good grades and remarks. The another strategy with the same relates withciting the sources and can be said as referencing the information which is being used in the assignment as it leads with the reader to understand from where the writer has derived the meaning of the topic and helps the same to get the additional information which is being not included in the same (Prahmana, 2017). RECOMMENDATIONS It is beingrecommendedto the students to continuously account to enhance there reading skills which could be by the means of reading newspaper, articles, novels which helps in building with there skills of reading and accounts with the same to build with there knowledge in future where one could be updated with what is being going and will lead to effective participation in writing to the assignments of students. CONCLUSION From the above it is being understood that the skills are very important on the end of individual to acquire as they help in effective flow towards career progression and accounts with standing and participating in the highly competitive environment. It is being understood that both reading and writing skills are important for the individual and there are various strategies, methodsand
suggestion which can lead to the improvement in the same .The skills leads to fostering the growth of career and helps in building up with individual morale and confidence and helps in taking up of challenging task more effectively.
