INTRODUCTION Academic skills or study skills are the approaches of learning that are use in schools, university for acquiring good makes or grades and very useful for learning and enhancement in life. In academic skills consist of Digital skill, time management, research ability and critical thinking etc. are key areas to develop an individual. This report is based on academic skills and their importance in life of an student. MAIN BODY Academic skills are very obligatory for an individual development and enhancement and to grab career objectives and goals. To become acquainted with necessary skill related to academicsneedtoevaluatethestrengthsandweaknessofanindividualandpotential requirements to get success (Fuhsand et.al ., 2014). To become an good university student, an individual have some specific skills related with academics such as research ability and time management skills that are very essential to become an good university student (Knight, McKissickand Saunders,2013.). To achieve the goals and objectives need to evaluation of strength and weaknesses in proper way and after that formation of goals and objectives accordingly. To achieve research ability goals are to enhance research skills with in the upcoming 6 months. To develop the research ability individual have to take some steps that should be proved fruitful to gain desirable outcomes. In that steps consist of taking an topic that an individual something know about it and after it do study about that topic with help of internet thoroughly and read it whole case with help of different magazine, journals and books related to subject and take ideas from it. In case of doubt ask from the expert so that actual results should be accomplish and take long time to think about that subject matter. In other step find an expert and write about finding research that need for story. Expert need to share the information and ideas with beliefs and to achieve desirable outcomes. To grab accurate information and data
individual have to collect their previous information and insights that sometime experienced. After all that learner have to organise all information and data in appropriate manner because not organised data not give proper knowledge and information to the individual and hamper their self interest (Miller and Votruba-Drzal, 2013). To reach at last stage of knowledge and information learner have to collect past work that can give important insights to reach at desirable outcome. At last develop an topical tip file that are to take story ideas from editorial ideas. To develop another important skill set that is time management which an important improvement area for growth in career. Goal for time management is to achieve time management skill at the upcoming 3 months. To develop time management skills learner have to firstly schedule all works and activities by organising all days and weeks to reach at definite goal. Then set out the prioritize and set time accordingly in order to set some boundaries to keep mind peaceful and stable (Mokrovaand et.al ., 2013). Then remove all distractions that should be proved harmful in achieve goals and objectives then take help some android application so that it can work should be timely accomplish. CONCLUSION From the above report it has been concluded that academic skills and capabilities are very obligatory for individual growth and enhancement.
