INTRODUCTION
The growth and enhancement of an individual study skills happens slowly and gradually.
This evolution takes a lot of time. When the freshman is a beginner in the tertiary schooling or
has just started studying, the person is burdened with making reports and assignments, preparing
for examination, simultaneously dealing with study and societal norms. While reviewing and
processing the study skill set, they promote the learners to be more conscious towards their
studies which ultimately leads to their success, also promotes the individual to enhance their
knowledge in an effective manner. The skills of study are such traits which are necessary for
prompt studying and learning and these skills can always be transferred from one person to
another. When an individual has fine skills of study it helps them to boast their abilities,
confidence and morale in society (Razmavar, 2021). With the help of such skill set one can
tackle the tests and assessments easily. When a person develops a good skills set it helps them to
cut hours needed to study and learn and invest that time in other day to day affairs of life. This
report gives a detailed study regarding the suggestions required for enhancing the CV of an
individual if they do not have prior experience. Also a detail report about the skills formed by the
students in a university and analysis as to why they are important in working place has been
included in this report.

to exhibit as many students and employees as possible. Due to high demand of such
opportunities there were less options but the quality of exposure was excellent (Villarreal and
Martinez, 2018). Social media played a major role in helping the students to connect and talk
about their challenges in career with their peeps. The students could easily access every training
required and chance for employment. The sole goal of social media is to bring people together
like introducing the students to the different past alumni for guidance & creating learning chance
when they followed various marketplace websites. The role of marketing students was more
active since they promoted local shops with their experience. They learned about the market of
the job and they were able to tell the employees about the experience. The students who have
just passed looked for any voluntary work though minute in nature since these helped them to
grow and develop lifelong (Cottrell, 2020). The societies formed in universities are very
important, majority of students enrolled in these societies so as to help them to develop
successful skill set, fund raising and social volunteering. These skills also help the societal
practices since they set up many community workshops as well. These aids them to showcase
their soft skills such as growth mindset, adaptability and work ethic, which can then be included
in their CVs (Jairam, 2020).
I am content with the CV, I procured during the lockdown period. I joined various online
courses being at house which is now included in my CV, these courses helped me to get the
desired job. Like everyone when I was locked in my room during lockdown, I enrolled in the
virtual internship of a prestigious university in return of salary. My CV clearly mentions all such
courses and due to this when an employer is handed my CV, they are fascinated and impressed to
offer a suitable job. My CV has a detailed list of all the different activities which I performed
during my time in the university club & this experience gained in lockdown is very efficient. I
simultaneously enrolled to learn Spanish from the Foreign Language department which added
brownie points in my CV. Learning a new language gives me an edge to apply in various Multi
National Companies. I very eagerly used my Covid solitary time in aiding different local
businesses through promoting their quality products on various online platforms, they have lack
of knowledge in such social media field which can aid the marketplace in trading & earn profit.
While being interviewed by varied reputed firms, my ideas and concepts of social media
