INTRODUCTION Skills are the ability of an individual to perform an activity with good execution, time- management and energy so that to achieve the desire result at limited time of frame. Whereas, higher education can be defined as the post-secondary education where an individual develop or learn new skills so to achieve personnel end goals. The present report is based on the feature of the academic writing and its importance in the life of an individual. MAIN BODY Features of academic writing Academic writing can be state as scholar writing that is clear and structure with an evidence with the main purpose of education a reader. It is mainly consisted of formal tone and is very famous among the students of college and school(Ángel, Lucía and Martínez García,., 2017).Moreover, it is consisted of various feature like structure, pierces and evidence that are mentioned in detail below: Structure:The structure of academic writing should be clear and in a formal manner so that reader can easily understand the main purpose of the research. The writing should be logical and coherent that is divide in the different part likewise wise the first part is consist of introduction that include detail discussion about the topic and the questions covered that will be covered in the essay or research(Jiang and Hyland., 2020). Furthermore, the second stage include the main body that include the detail discussion of the question. The last stage cover conclusion that is a small summary of the report and reference are the evidence that writing material are taken from the valid sites. Moreover, it plays important role in academic writing as introduction indicates the write onion and argument and key themes. Along, with this it helps reader to navigate the document properly. Evidence:In the academic writing it is crucial to support the answer with reliable source. It plays important role in referencing the information so that credit is given to the original write (Kwak., 2017). It mainly done in the form of the citation and it is very significant in the literature review and arguments as evidence is required while writing it. Furthermore, the evidence includes the copyright sites and valid books and journal so that reader can easily acknowledge the writing.
Critical review: It basically means to evaluate the writing while conducting the research because the main duty of the writer is to provide the relevant information to the reader. Along, with this it also plays important role in making the judgment while conducting the research (Samigullina., 2018) Moreover, it also examines the strength and weakness of the article and it give the proper interoperation and description of the information to the reader. Precise:The writing should use clear and pieces language so that reader can understand the main aim of the report. It generally deals with the non-technical vocabulary for conveying the message and even if technical words are used its meaning should be specified so that an individual can easily understand (Yu., 2021).It plays important role in making the reader recognize the methodology and argument the writer has followed. As well as it helps the reader in understanding the findings of the research. Describing the personnel experience: The personnel experience has been described with the help of Gibbs modelthat is discussed in detail below: Gibbs model cam be defined as the framework that allow the individual for examining its experience that help in making the appropriate decision (Gibbs reflective model., 2021). This model generally includes 6 steps such as description, evaluation, analysis, conclusion, action plan that contribute in the detail study of the experience. Through the report I have experience that academic writing basically means the writing done by the student of senior school. It generally has a formal writing manner that has been divide into many part such as coverage, introduction, main body, conclusion and references. Moreover, I have experience that the font style that is used is Times in Roman with the 12 as the size so to maintained the uniformity in the report. During the project I have also investigate that my learning skills has been improved as writing require critical review. Along, with this I have investigated that it has various features such as prices, evidence and structure that has to be followed by the writer while conducting the research. Furthermore, while making the report I came across various feeling such as I was very happy while conducting the research as I already had a little knowledge about it. However, I felt very nervous while finding the reference as it was very hard to find the copyright site as well as the procedure for citing the reference was also time consuming.

CONCLUSION From the above report it can be concluded that academic writing has many features that help the individual in enhancing the overall knowledge by improving the intellectual skills. Moreover, it helps individual indealing with the hard situation so that it easily prepares themselves for them. Furthermore, it embraces the writing skill so that writer n easily expresses their thoughts and ideas in any type of academic paper Lastly, the report has thrown light on the personnel experience with the help of the Gibbs model. Presenting the skills Research:It isknown asthe abilityto search,extractand organizedandevaluatethe information that is reliable to a particular subject. This skill is very important inacademic writing as it help an individual in finding the relevant information and helps an individual to complete the assigned task in limited time of frame. Furthermore , it helps students in applying in building the future because most of the famous company prefer hiring the employees with this skill. As it plays crucial role in market research of new product development and finding the innovative ideas (Milad., 2017). Moreover,ithelpstheindividualin gatheringtheinformationthatcontributesin enhancing the knowledge. Along, with this it moorage the curiosity that helps student to in improving their creativity skills. It also helps student to identify the problems and address them by collecting the quality information and provide the appropriate solution. In addition, to this it not only helps students in writing the research report but it also teaches them the problem solving skill that are essential in workplace. Planning:It is one of the most important skill that an individual require in order to conduct an academic writing. It is very useful because it helps individual in organizing and presenting their
thought in the report so that there is no confusion reading the report questions. It helps the individual in completing the task at limited frame of time as well as develop the discipline in the students. That will help them in enhancing their overall personality (Hundarenko., 2019) .Moreover, it allows students in writing their new ideas that comes to their mind while conducting the research as well as it give the idea to the write regarding the report. In addition to this it reduces the stress of the students that contribute in increasing their productivity.It also allows individual to manage their time likewise setting their goals up to date so that they do not miss their deadlines. These skills not only help in conducting research or academic paper but it also helps in enhancing the future if students.
