INTRODUCTION
Learning study skills is very important for the individual because it helps the individual
achieve their goals and objectives and become successful in life. Good skills help the person to
enhance and improve the confidence, self-esteem and competence. Good skills also help the
individual to overcome the anxiety about the deadline and about the tests. Good skills help the
individual to enhance and improve the capability to learn and retain more knowledge. There are
different kind of skills which are by individual in order to Achieve their goals and objectives.
Furthermore, this report is going to analyze the skills that are required by the individual in order
to become successful at university and also going to discuss why these kind of skills are
important in the workplace. Apart from this, this report also going to give recommendation that
will going to help the students to improve the content of their CVs.

are also important in the workplace.
There are several skills which are required by the individual to become successful. These
kind of skills helps them to achieve their goals and objectives and improve their capabilities so
that they can overcome the problems. The skills that are required by individual at university are
below mentioned:
Self-management skills: Self-management skills helps the individual to manage their activities
and also helps them become stick on their decision and on their budget in college. These are the
activities that support them to become more independent and confidence so that they can rely on
someone in order to achieve their goals and objectives. Self-management skills help the
individual to overcome the problems that are facing by them and effectively manage their
activities. Self-management is the skills that helps the individual to focus on the each and every
activity. This skill supports them to improve most of the skills like time management skills,
budgeting and money management skills, critical thinking and many more. Along with this, it
also enhances the interdependent work skills of the individual.
