It's a dream of numerous students to get their higher educational qualifications from the UK. This is because there are enormous number of benefits for students that are completing their higher education from the UK (Smith. Smith. and Jelley., 2018). Some of the major benefits or advantages of studying in the UK are discussed further; Availability of courses As UK is a home for many international students they have high expectations and hopes regarding their desired course they have chosen or want to choose, the UK universities have always stayed up to the mark with a plentiful number of options of courses that students have to choose from(Du. and Lapsley., 2019). Also, the courses that are provided to the students by UK educational system are comparatively more intensive or rigorous and shorter-term than the courses in other countries, through which students get quality education which is also less time-consuming. For instance, a graduation degree in most of the countries take almost 3 years to complete, on contrary to which a graduation course at The University of Oxford, UK, takes only around 9-12 months to complete or some can even take a maximum of 2 years. Working while studying There are a huge number of international students in the UK that desire to gain work experience with studying (Huang. and Turner., 2018). Due to high economic growth of UK, it
gets easier for students to get the job they desire or plan to get at a particular time such as part- time jobs, placements or internships, etc. It increases the skill sets of students and also gives them experience. It also provides the students withmoney which will always be supportive for themand is a good choice when it comes to being an international student.(Schweisfurth. and Gu., 2009). Some universities only provide the placements to the students from their end to support the student's study expenses. Also the work experience enhances their CV for future. The quality of educational qualification is not only validated by the past or ex students of the university but also are authenticated and guaranteed by the UK government (Longhurst. and et.al., 2020). There are around 162 institutions that provide higher education in the United Kingdom, and each one of them follow strict standards and code of conduct that are implied by the UK government, which makes the student studying in the institution totally concern free regarding the teaching and support available. The methods used for teaching by the universities are a collectively innovative techniques and traditional lectures, due to which students are able to analyse and evaluate every aspect or area of learning. personallydecidedonpursuingmyhighereducationfromUKarepointedoutfurther (Gbadamosi., 2018). Firstly, getting a degree from a recognized international university is one of biggest reasons, which further supports in getting better jobs as compared to the universities that are not so recognized for their academic or educational backgrounds. Next, isthecoursesprovidedandthequalityofeducationprovided, whichis unquestionable, due to government authentication and verification, which makes it more trusted and reliable (Crawford. and Wang., 2016). There is a wide range of courses to choose from, which became my major attraction. The major and minor courses from every field are provided in the Universities, the duration also can be as per the students, for example if someone can give full time and a couple of years straight to the course or someone needs to do a short term course, each of the option is available. Also, I personally wanted to learn from UK universities but could not bear the extra charges and expenses, but UK Universities give an opportunity to work with studying. It does help with the expenses for sure but also it enhances the CV by increasing work experience. One amazing thing is exposure, education in UK provides exposure because universities give admissions to distinct individuals from diversified nations and ethnicities, this provides an opportunity to learn about new cultures, values and beliefs. Also, UK is an astonishing to place to live too, its ranked above average for things such as education, social connections, jobs and skills, and its beauty. These are the major attractions of an international student. And you'll have limitless fun by exploring exciting cities like Glasgow, Manchester,Nottingham and many more. You'll interact with new friends from all over the world and have fun with them in a different country and explore each bit. ·CONCLUSION Deciding to study abroad can be a tough decision at times, it sounds exiting and full of advantages for sure but can sometimes be overwhelming. The above discussion gives a brief about the benefitsof studying in the universities of UK and also puts shade on the personal experience. l壱
