Presentation on Effective Time Management plan

Time management can be considered as the most important thing now a days. As it can be
regarded as the important skills and their could be a plan which is made by an individual in
developing their time management at the organisation or at the university. This is done because
when a person is alone then there could be a track of their time so that it can be accountable. As
even if there is a proper allocation of time then it can be difficult to manage a time in an
individual life (Badiora, and Ojo, 2021). There are some of the ways in which a time can be
made effective. And also there is a effective time management plan which is discussed below:

 Understanding of the how much time you have: This can be the first step which is
related in the time management plan as first thing which is to be establish that how much
is to be spend on each activity. This is to be seen according to the time spend in replying
the emails. In context with student, the time is to be spend on identifying solutions to the
problems and scheduling a 9-5 meetings etc. so, by this item is to be schedule first that
how much time is being used by each activity.

 Putting value on time: Time is considered as money. This step will help in overall
costing but also it will helps in managing the workload also. Time can be refers to the
limited resources and expensive. It is hard to manage a time when a students or a person
is working in a company or a university. So this becomes important to put the value on
the time.
 Prioritise: next step is to be prioritise and face starting. As if a person is accomplishing
their task and making good growth then they should be rewarded because this will
motivate them towards their goals and objectives. If individual is developing himself
according to the time he has decided in their schedule then this could be lead to complete
their work on time (Gottschalk and Sampath, 2021). This will helps them in motivating in
most effective manner.


 Being decisive : for making an effective time management plan, an individual should
have to decide what he should have to work in each day according to the prioritise based
work. If a person is working in a shared office and avoiding an unnecessary work then
they could work effectively and complete their work on time. Person should not stuck on
one work they have to just complete that move forwards for the another. They have to
keep their emails open for further communication (Gundić, and et.al., 2021). Once a
person has made a mind that he has to complete that task on a time basis then stop
intending.
 Staying focused : This can be the another step of effective time management plan as
person should be more focused while having a work and making effective
communication as well. As while working towards completion of the work, the individual
should have to be focused so that they could better complete it on a given time and
accomplishing all the goals and objectives. For having a effective management plan, an

individual should have to make sure that how long they are being spend in each activity
which can helps them in staying within the time frames. Further, it includes focusing on
important task and completing it on a definite time.
 Embracing time management technology: There can be various online time
management tools are coming in today period. These are Clickup and Togg. There can be
certain application which helps the person in monitoring their time how much they spend
on a activity. Also, these application helps the user in blocking the fake sites who are
consuming so much of time. So, by using these applications, a person could be able to
develop a time frames and work accordingly.
 Recognising stress : As this can be the most important for managing a time. As stress
could lead to decrease in motivation and impossible of the completion of a work. So, for
completing a work on time, an individual should have to recognise its stress and develops

motivation in themselves (Huang, and Koroteev, 2021). This can be done while cutting
down the stress.
So, from the above it can be concluded that time management plan can be effectively
used by an individual in completing their task on timely basis. Further, a person can take some of
the breaks between their work because while doing work on continuous manner, this could be
lead to increase in stress. So it is important to take breaks within a work. Also, person should
have to make a schedule of work activities that is to be performed by them. Then only they
co0uld be effectively mange their time at workplace. Effective time management leads to
complete work on time and reduce stress.

consist of several stages. These are discussed below:
Description : This is the first stage of a linear model as it consist of some of the
questions like what, where, who and when. As in this this topic is about holiday in Turkey. As
Turkey is a country in western Asia. Turkey is one of the most suitable tourist place. As there are
various tourist which are coming very year in a country. So, this becomes most popular place.
Turkey is providing holiday packages to families and couples both so that they could be more
enhanced by there service. Person who are being interested in this packages will be those who
loves to travel at various places. Also, customers can book their tickets online through their hotel
application. Further, country consist of various places in which people could travel and shop
better.
Analysis : If a person is travelling in Turkey as a holiday tour then they could be
searching for various hotels and places. Ten he will be searching for various places which
provides them reasonable prices and better quality of products and services. The analysis which
is being done through is that there are various places which ave to visit in turkey, these are
Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus, Antalya, Pamukkale. As these can be the place which s person
could visit. There are some of the local dishes which could be tries by a tourists that is Saksuka,
Baklawa, Kisnisli Tavuk, Fish sandwich etc. as these dishes will helps the person in feeling more
happy and valuable. Then there can be certain alternative of this country is Sicily, The Greek
Islands. As Sicily contains of various sweeping mountains that are very beautiful.
Evaluation : this is the last phase of linear model as in this some of the questions came
like so what, what next? As evaluation of the above description is that Rturkey6 can be
considered as the most effective place for a people to visit as a holiday destination. As there are
various places and dishes that are to be selected and chosen discussed above. So, this helps in
developing of the individuals taste and preferences. Their food are so good that person will not
forget. Also, country prices are so reasonable so that anyone can afford. There are some of the
markets and bazaar that are in Turkey in which people could shop at reasonable prices. This

place is suitable for the people who loves to travel and wants to try several dishes from the
country.
