1.Explain the use of electronic learningresources(AC 1.3 part)First of all, what’s E-learning?It is a way of learning we can obtain through electronic deviceslike mobile phones, laptops etc. There are a lot of forms for e-learning and some are:A.Tutorials :- Is an interactive platform for learning whichhelp people learn new skills using a step by step process toensure the user is following and comprehending. Tutorialsare very important especially for distance learning orpeople with disabilities who are not able to be live inclassrooms. Tutorials also provide a multi-dimensionalexperience which include photos, charts, graphics, musicetc.B.Moodle/ Courses :- This is a platforms for e-learning thatprovides students with a unique learning environments.Moodle is used by lecturers or teachers to create lessons,manage courses and create an interaction betweenstudents and teachers. It can also be used for assignmentsubmission and interaction between classmates. Moodle isused by many educational institutions in the world toprovide central and organized e-learning platform.
C.E-books :- E-book is an electronic opposite of printedbooks and they commonly popular between busy lecturersor students. One importance of e-books is because theyare portable and accessible at all times when in need tolearn or collect data without the stress of going to libraryshelves searching books to use.D.E-Journals These are journals electronically publishedperiodically usually on the internet. They are majorly usedto read journals on your electronic device without going tothe library.2.Evaluate the merits of different sources ofinformation and resources that havesupported your learning process (AC 1.4part)A.Authenticity : Sources have to be very authentic bychecking the originating source of the information orcontact information or credentials of the publisher.
