1. Introduction
The analyzed prototype is e5Shop that was developed in the previous assignment that has
been chosen as the workable organization for delivering the online services to the users via
mobile application. The proposed mobile application will be helpful in providing enhanced and
better services to the users through introducing features like ordering food, restaurant booking,
price calculating, and many others. The proposed solution will allow the customers to manage
their foods without being present physically at the restaurants or booking a table at just one click.
The proposed mobile application will be helpful in enhancing the productivity of the
organization through providing better customer experience and enhanced services through
utilizing the technology.
2. Discussion
Target users
The target users will be the customers who are connected with the internet and utilize the
online services for ordering the food and enjoying the services through phone or using online
services. The individuals from age 12 to 40 will be targeted for this application as they are the
categories those mostly uses the internet.
Design principles
The user interface has been kept very simple as much possible considering the
appearance of the pages in manner to allow the users to understand the functions and utilize all
the services being introduced to them. The options have been kept simple after categorizing the

Positive influences
An easy user log in page will be introduced to the users for logging and
registering the system and that page will be redirected to the page where they can
register the bookings.
