The project will divided in three main stages that would ensure it is taken all the way to
completion with all the deliverables in place as anticipated. The stages will be as follows:
Pre-design stage: Involves coming up with the various concepts based on the characteristics of
the site and the design needs. The design concepts would be used in the conceptualization of the
actual design should look like
Main design stage: The concepts developed in the former stage are changed in actual design
depending on the desires and approval by the client of the project
Permit a documentation stage: The necessary legislative approval needed to allow the project to
run is acquired in this stage so as to execute the project.
Resourcing the project will be a shared responsibility in its initial stages where the client will be
expected to fund 40% of every stage of the project and the remaining amount to be paid by the
end that phase. As the project will be on course, the company will use its resources in funding
the various aspects.
Communication with the PG will be achieved through written formal letters and one on one
discussion which will be ideal in the presentation of the design progress as well as any issues that
may come up in the course of dispensation of the assigned duties. Periodical meetings will be
conducted with the PCG that would serve to furnish the City Council with the updates on the rate
of progress.
We are precisely informed that you have other priorities apart from dealing with problems of
landscape. Our job will entail being proactive in ensuring we take care of your property, for the

larger part, does away with the problems as well as headaches that are linked with the
management of your landscape. In case of rise of problem, just through a phone call, we shall
