and overcome all the complexities which are faced by me. The feedback and feedforward
process are efficiently analysed using the GIBBS reflex cycle. Therefore, this is considered as a
crucial technique. It is being identified that all phases of the Gibbs cycle are the important part of
the feedback, so I can easily analyse the situation and work from both the optimistic and negative
sides. Feedback is also considered the most significant aspect of the GIBBS reflective cycle as it
is utilized in the final phase. Through the action plan phase, I can effectively examine and create
objectives and programs to accomplish my work in a very appropriate and effective way. I have
found that using feed forward in the final stages can help me to look back and prepare for future
events. Therefore, the management of work done in an actual way and the systematic application

of all approaches. In addition, I can apply reflection cycles to common work fields to receive
different feedback and know what to do and how to do it. This is considered a significant part as
feed forward also helps manage future events.
Feedback and feedforwards are identified as the most important way which help me
effectively manage issues. By calculating and analysing all the advantages and disadvantages
that exist in my work or assignment, I can effectively paid attention on the problem. In the
academic, creation and management this will be act as the most vital part as it assists to get more
intensive and careful in the field where I am not expert. In addition, this helps me to evaluate the
entire event and work effectively (Bennett and et. al., 2021). Feedback has been seen to play a very
vital role for me as this motivate me. When my tutors praise for my excellent work, I can do the
given work with more efficiency. In addition to this feedback helps me to create new thoughts
and measures. For seniors, it is very crucial that I have to focus on my work and effectiveness
and continuously concentrate, which helps me improve my skills. Meanwhile, feedforwards are
applied to take various actions to easily and overcome the challenges faced during my
summative assignment (Mishra, 2020). These strategies can grow my career and future better.
Ideas and hard works taken by me are reflected in my formative and summative assignment.
Collected feedback supports me to earn Self-awareness and improve my trust in a very detailed
way. Together with this, this feedback encourages the effectiveness within me. Feedforwards are
considered to be the most vital factors that help create containers for future growth, and support
me to properly make formative and summative assignment. Therefore, it is very crucial that
elders give feedback and feedforward on a regular basis to improve my performance. This
continuously motivates me.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that the reflective learning plays a very
important role in a student life that is why this is being considered as the most important
method which assist the students not only in increasing the effective learning but also help in
examining its strengths and weakness. This report concluded the GIBBS reflective cycle
which assist the students in understanding the different techniques of reflections and

individual experience. This has also been concluded in this report is that, feedbacks and
feed-forward techniques are utilized by the seniors in order to maintain the future events in a
very effective manner. This essay also concluded that, formative as well as summative
assessment is very important plays a very vital role in working as it not only assist in
maintaining the future goals but also help in attaining the future goals which are set by the
students.
