Summarise the laws relating to abortion, death penalty and assisted dying
Abortion was legally restricted in every country by the end of nineteenth century. Main
source of laws are the imperial countries those who imposed their own policies towards the
abortion. According to united nation population division, it can advertise the abortion law and
legal system under which is restricted against the abortion, death penalty and assisted dying etc.
Abortion was the most dangerous for women because it causes of death so that this law will help
for protecting against the risk (Francis, McKenn aand Sahin, 2019). According to abortion law
and practice since 1900, the progressive law is mainly reform and justified on the human right or
public health to promote the medium level families for population.
Capital punishment law, It covers all the issues which related to the imposition of death
as punishment. Penalty is usually imposed in the homicide cases on the behalf of circumstances
of crime. Death penalty argue that it can sever the end of justice and act like deterrent. On the
other, death penalty cannot be imposed when different rights protected By ICCPR. The right
opinion that when the penalty constitutes a breach of right freedom from the torture and
inhuman. It may occurs in leading up to the execution and loss their life itself.
Assisted dying has been developed from the legal structure that found under the Assisted
Dying bill. It is introduced by Lord Falconer in 2013. It could be considered under the
circumstances in the patient of their legal age and progression of treatment (Papadopoulou,
2018). According to Assisted Dying bill 2013, this act was proposed to allow the terminally ill,
mentally competent adults that have assisted death after being approved by doctors.

CONCLUSION
As per discussion, it concluded that the laws relating to abortion, death penalty and
assisted dying that help to protect against the problem and issues. These laws were help for
protecting their health and safety issues.
